河北省旅游产业国际竞争力研究

【摘要】:旅游业是社会发展朝阳产业,,人们物质文化水平不断提高的今天,旅游业不但对人的活动产生越来越重要的影响,而且对国民经济的发展起着重要的推动和拉动作用,因此越来越多的国家把旅游产业列为该国的支柱产业来发展。我国也不例外,中国旅游业已经构成了世界旅游市场的重要组成部分,并且不断地通过提升旅游产业的综合国际竞争力来实现旅游强国的目标。然而,在我国各个地区发展旅游业过程中,由于各个地区的经济基础、旅游基础设施和旅游资源等方面各不相同,所以形成不同的竞争力,而一个地区旅游业国际竞争力的大小对该地区旅游的发展起着很要的作用。 本文选取了河北省为研究对象,分析比较了中国各省旅游业的国际竞争力。首先从定性分析角度看,河北蕴藏着丰富的旅游自然资源和历史文化资源,但河北省的旅游实力并没有和它的潜力成正比。再从定量分析角度来看,以河北为研究对象,并选取全国其他三十个省市为比较对象,通过运用主成分分析法对所选取指标数量的定量比较分析,将全国各省旅游产业竞争力进行排名,确定河北省的竞争位置,从数据分析上指出河北省旅游产业与其他先进省份的差距,使提出的提升河北旅游产业整体竞争力的方法和途径能更切实有效,同时,挖掘出河北省旅游产业的国际竞争潜力,从而把河北省的旅游资源优势真正转化为竞争优势。最后本文相应提出了提升河北旅游国际竞争力的对策和建议,包括优化旅游产品结构、加强旅游企业战略管理来提升旅游产业的国际市场竞争力,提升区域旅游资源整合、打造特色国际旅游城市、改善基础设施建设来提升旅游产业的资源国际竞争力,另外通过提升人文素质,加强社会宣传和发挥政府支持来推动旅游产业的快速健康发展。
[Abstract]:Tourism is the sunrise industry of social development. Today, people's material and cultural level is constantly improving. Tourism not only has an increasingly important impact on human activities, but also plays an important role in promoting and stimulating the development of the national economy. Therefore, more and more countries regard tourism industry as their pillar industry to develop. China is no exception. Chinese tourism has already become an important part of the world tourism market, and has been constantly through the promotion of tourism industry comprehensive international competitiveness to achieve the goal of tourism power. However, in the process of developing tourism in various regions of our country, due to the differences in the economic basis, tourism infrastructure and tourism resources of each region, they have formed different competitiveness. The international competitiveness of a region's tourism industry plays a very important role in the development of the region's tourism. In this paper, Hebei Province is chosen as the research object to analyze and compare the international competitiveness of tourism in various provinces of China. First of all from the perspective of qualitative analysis Hebei is rich in tourism natural resources and historical and cultural resources but Hebei's tourism strength is not directly proportional to its potential. From the point of view of quantitative analysis, taking Hebei as the research object, and selecting other 30 provinces and cities in China as the comparative object, the quantitative comparative analysis of the selected indexes is carried out by using the principal component analysis method. Ranking the competitiveness of the tourism industry in all provinces of the country, determining the competitive position of Hebei Province, and pointing out the gap between the tourism industry in Hebei Province and other advanced provinces in terms of data analysis. So that the methods and ways to enhance the overall competitiveness of Hebei tourism industry can be more practical and effective. At the same time, the international competitive potential of Hebei tourism industry can be excavated, so that the tourism resources advantage of Hebei Province can be truly transformed into competitive advantage. Finally, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the international competitiveness of Hebei tourism, including optimizing the structure of tourism products, strengthening the strategic management of tourism enterprises to enhance the international market competitiveness of tourism industry, and promoting the integration of regional tourism resources. To build a special international tourism city and improve the infrastructure construction to promote the international competitiveness of tourism resources, in addition, through enhancing the humanistic quality, strengthening social publicity and giving play to government support to promote the rapid and healthy development of tourism industry.
