凤凰县旅游房地产开发战略研究

【摘要】：旅游业和房地产业是拉动国民经济的两大支撑产业,旅游房地产是两大产业融合的产物,近十几年在我国的发展非常迅猛。然而,目前在理论研究领域,旅游房地产的概念也没有得到统一,对旅游房地产的开发战略模式、法规制度等方面还没有统一规范,还有许多理论和现实问题需要我们去探索和研究。本文以凤凰旅游房地产为研究对象,通过对凤凰旅游地产开发现状的整体研究和判断,运用理论与实践相结合、资料收集和调查相结合的研究方法和SWOT分析方法,对这些问题进行了深入探讨。论文首先提出要研究问题的背景和选题意义,介绍国内外旅游房地产理论研究现状,选定研究方法;其次对旅游房地产开发战略的理论进行分析。在界定旅游房地产开发战略内涵基础上总结旅游房地产开发战略模式以及可开发的类型,以及旅游房地产开发的原则和可持续开发理论;然后总结分析了凤凰县进行旅游房地产开发可以依托的旅游资源,利用SWOT法论述了凤凰县旅游房地产的优势、劣势、发展机会和面临威胁;最后基于对旅游地产开发理论和凤凰旅游房地产开发现状研究基础上,提出针对凤凰县旅游房地产开发的战略措施,以及进行凤凰县旅游房地产开发的保障措施。
[Abstract]:Tourism and real estate are the two major supporting industries to pull the national economy. Tourism real estate is the product of the integration of the two industries. In recent years, the development of tourism and real estate is very rapid in our country. However, at present, in the field of theoretical research, the concept of tourism real estate has not been unified, and there has not been a unified standard on the development strategy model, laws and regulations of tourism real estate. There are still many theoretical and practical problems we need to explore and study. This article takes Phoenix tourism real estate as the research object, through the overall research and the judgment to the Phoenix tourism real estate development present situation, uses the theory and the practice union, the data collection and the investigation unifies the research method and the SWOT analysis method, These problems are discussed in depth. Firstly, the paper puts forward the background and significance of the research, introduces the current situation of theoretical research on tourism real estate at home and abroad, and selects the research methods; secondly, it analyzes the theory of tourism real estate development strategy. On the basis of defining the connotation of tourism real estate development strategy, this paper summarizes the tourism real estate development strategy model and the types of development, as well as the principles of tourism real estate development and sustainable development theory; Then it summarizes and analyzes the tourism resources that can be relied on in the development of the tourism real estate in Fenghuang County, and discusses the advantages, disadvantages, development opportunities and threats of the tourism real estate in Fenghuang County by using the SWOT method. Finally, based on the theory of tourism real estate development and the status quo of Phoenix tourism real estate development, the paper puts forward the strategic measures for Fenghuang county tourism real estate development, as well as the guarantee measures for Fenghuang county tourism real estate development.
