云南省旅游专业应用型本科人才培养研究

【摘要】:中国的旅游高等教育发展了三十多年,这三十年里旅游院校或者是以培养某一领域的旅游人才为重点,或者是培养满足市场职业需求的人才。云南是具有显著的地域特色和民族风情的旅游热点地区,可以说旅游就业市场具有巨大的潜力,然而,旅游本科人才的就业问题在日益发达的旅游业中却日显严重,云南旅游从业人员中同时具备素质高、学识高、能力强的人员少之又少。除此之外,云南旅游本科教育与旅游业的发展也不匹配;旅游热点地区缺少本科院校;旅游本科教育的专业方向比较单一,,从而难以满足市场需求;旅游本科人才流失严重,造成巨大的人才浪费。因此,讨论如何使旅游本科人才找到合适的工作岗位,用人单位如何找到目标人才就显得尤为重要。 本文主要研究了四个方面的内容:第一部分以应用型本科人才的理论作为出发点,对人才的类型进行了深度剖析,试图找出旅游人才培养的主要类型以及旅游应用型本科人才所应具备的素质。第二部分是对云南省旅游人才需求状况进行的调查。首先从社会经济发展水平的角度阐明旅游应用型本科人才的重要性,接着分析云南旅行社、景区、酒店对旅游应用型本科人才的需求情况,重点选择酒店业作为本次社会调查的样本,运用问卷调查法对云南10家酒店107名员工的基本情况进行调查,同时结合访谈法对主要的管理者进行了非标准化访谈。以此为基础对云南星级酒店员工现存的问题进行分析,总结出云南省酒店业对人才提出的八大要求。第三部分是对云南省当前的旅游本科人才培养现状的分析,包括专业建设布点、培养目标的定位、专业课程设置情况、专任教师情况、就业情况。第四部分是建立在以上三部分基础上的,总结了云南省旅游人才培养存在的问题,并从宏观政策和微观的人才培养方式方法上提出建议,提出以学校自身特色办旅游专业、以工科的教学思维主导课堂、以培养学生的管理技术为其就业核心竞争力、将医学专业的实习方式引入到旅游专业实习中去等主要观点。
[Abstract]:Tourism higher education in China has been developed for more than 30 years. In the past 30 years, tourism colleges and universities have either focused on training tourism talents in a certain field, or have trained talents to meet the professional needs of the market. Yunnan is a hot tourist region with remarkable regional characteristics and ethnic customs. It can be said that the tourism employment market has great potential. However, the employment problem of tourism undergraduate talents is becoming more and more serious in the increasingly developed tourism industry. Yunnan tourism practitioners also have high-quality, high-learning, strong capacity of the few personnel. In addition, tourism undergraduate education and tourism development in Yunnan do not match, tourism hot areas lack of undergraduate colleges, tourism undergraduate education professional direction is relatively single, so it is difficult to meet the needs of the market; Tourism undergraduate brain drain is serious, resulting in a huge waste of talent. Therefore, it is very important to discuss how to find suitable jobs for tourism undergraduate talents and how to find target talents. This paper mainly studies the contents of four aspects: the first part, taking the theory of applied undergraduate talents as the starting point, makes a deep analysis of the types of talents. This paper tries to find out the main types of tourism talents training and the quality of tourism applied undergraduate talents. The second part is to the Yunnan Province tourism talent demand condition carries on the investigation. First of all, from the perspective of the level of social and economic development, the importance of applied undergraduate tourism talents is expounded, and then the demand for applied undergraduate talents in travel agencies, scenic spots and hotels in Yunnan is analyzed. The hotel industry is selected as the sample of this social investigation, and the basic situation of 107 employees in 10 hotels in Yunnan is investigated by using questionnaire method. At the same time, the main managers are interviewed by non-standard interview method. Based on the analysis of the existing problems of Yunnan star hotel staff, eight requirements of Yunnan hotel industry for talents are summarized. The third part is the analysis of the present situation of tourism undergraduate talents training in Yunnan Province, including the distribution of professional construction, the orientation of training objectives, the setting of professional courses, the situation of full-time teachers, and the situation of employment. The fourth part is based on the above three parts, summed up the problems of tourism talent training in Yunnan Province, and put forward suggestions from the macro policies and microcosmic ways and methods of talent training, and proposed to run tourism specialty with its own characteristics. Taking the teaching thinking of engineering as the main point of view, taking the training of students' management technology as the core competitiveness of employment and introducing the practice mode of medical specialty into the practice of tourism major, etc.
