改善越南旅游行业的人力资源结构和素质

【摘要】:旅游是目前全球最大的产业和发展最快的新兴产业之一。对于世界个个国家乃至越南,旅游是重要的服务经济行业。越南具有丰富的旅游资源,因此旅游在成为越南的重点经济行业。旅游业是国家财政收入的主要资源并为了社会创造了大量的就业机会。人力资源在生产过程中的重要投入力量。对于旅游行业,,人力因素起了更大的作用,它决定本行业的质量以便吸引更多的游客。人力资源的能力和质量会决定开发以及保护国家的旅游资源潜力的效果。 旅游行业包括很多经营形式以及不同的特点,但是主要形式是旅游公司,它在该行业起的重要作用。因此本论文集中研究越南旅游行业的直接劳动队伍。近期,旅游行业的人力资源还存在很多限制,数量缺少,质量不好,机构不平衡。因此为了更加发挥自然的便利条件,越南应该策划具有现代化趋向的发展战略。 本论文主要研究越南旅游行业的人力资源。本论文的作者调查越南旅游行业和旅游公司的人力资源发展情况。本论文分析并评价越南旅游企业的职员数量,质量和结构以及国家的有关该行业的人力发展政策。从此,本论文提出一些关于越南旅游公司在世界化经济过程中的人力资源发展的观点和建议。为了能够符合国家政府的发展政策,本论文提出一些解决办法,如加强国家对人力资源开发的管理,完善培训中心以及旅游公司的人力资源培训。 作者相信在国家和个企业的关照和投资下,越南人力资源会不断地改善并发展,越南的旅游行业会长期,持续和健康地发展。
[Abstract]:Tourism is currently the world's largest industry and one of the fastest growing emerging industries. For every country in the world and even Vietnam, tourism is an important service economy. Vietnam is rich in tourism resources, so tourism has become a key economic industry in Vietnam. Tourism is the main resource of national revenue and creates a lot of employment opportunities for the society. Human resources in the production process of an important input force. For the tourism industry, human factors play a greater role in determining the quality of the industry in order to attract more tourists. The capacity and quality of human resources determine the effectiveness of developing and protecting the potential of the country's tourism resources. The tourism industry includes many business forms and different characteristics, but the main form is the tourism company, which plays an important role in the industry. Therefore, this paper studies the direct labor force in Vietnam tourism industry. Recently, there are still many limitations on human resources in tourism industry, such as shortage of quantity, poor quality and imbalance of institutions. Therefore, in order to give full play to the natural convenience, Vietnam should plan a modern development strategy. This paper mainly studies the human resources of Vietnam tourism industry. The author of this paper investigates the human resource development of tourism industry and tourism companies in Vietnam. This paper analyzes and evaluates the number, quality and structure of the staff of Vietnamese tourism enterprises as well as the national human development policies on the industry. From then on, this paper puts forward some viewpoints and suggestions on the development of human resources in the process of globalization of Vietnamese tourism companies. In order to meet the development policy of the national government, this paper puts forward some solutions, such as strengthening the management of human resource development, perfecting the training center and the human resource training of the tourism company. The author believes that with the care and investment of the state and individual enterprises, Vietnam's human resources will be continuously improved and developed, and Vietnam's tourism industry will continue to develop in a long-term, sustained and healthy manner.
