基于消费者参与的城市游憩型绿道经营管理研究

【摘要】:绿道不仅是城市交通体系中的重要组成部分,同时也是城市休闲游憩产业的重要一环,对城市旅游业的发展具有十分重要的作用。在西方的学术界,对绿道的研究已经成为生物学、景观生态学、城市规划和景观设计等多个学科交叉的重要研究领域,中国的学术界在最近几年也逐渐呈现出对这一研究愈益关注的势头。本文就是在这样一种背景下展开的初步理论尝试。 与美国等发达国家相比,我国现阶段对游憩型绿道进行应用的时候存在众多的问题,如消费者参与较少、具体的应用途径不多等,如何更好地经营管理绿道,构建科学有效的绿道经营管理模式是保障我国城市游憩型绿道持续发展的必然选择。围绕这一中心议题,本文进行了一系列的研究。 首先,对国内外绿道建设实践进行比较分析,找到了差距和造成差距的主要因素。 我国历史文化资源和自然资源丰富,为城市绿道建设奠定了良好的资源基础。但由于我国绿道建设起步晚,现仍处于初级阶段,尚未得到人们的广泛关注。加之我国绿道经营管理观念与方法的相对落后,严重影响绿道功能的有效发挥。为了提升我国城市绿道经营管理能力,本文通过分析发达国家的典型绿道经营管理模式,找到我国绿道经营管理落后的主要因素,识别出目前我国高度发展的城市游憩型绿道经营管理的关键问题是利益相关者间的责任关系,特别是现阶段消费者的参与意识低。这就为后续研究提供了有利的切入点。 其次,以广东珠三角地区城市游憩型绿道为研究对象,进行绿道消费者的感知与游憩行为特征研究。 广东珠三角地区城市绿道建设作为我国绿道建设的成功的先行者,一定程度上代表了我国绿道发展中的较高水平。鉴于此,本文选取广东珠三角地区城市绿道为研究对象,对其消费者进行感知与游憩行为特征研究。研究分为两部分:一是对游憩型绿道消费者的动机、偏好与游憩价值进行分析;二是对游憩型绿道消费者的市场状况进行细分与分析。基于两部分的研究,通过对绿道本身经营管理条件与外部竞争的分析,确定绿道游憩方式,设计市场营销定位,并找出可能影响行为主体需求的内在因素,为绿道经营管理模式的构建提供参考与依据。 最后,以消费者参与为视角,基于演化博弈模型,建立城市游憩型绿道经营管理的多元动态博弈模式。 根据博弈论的思想,从时间与空间的维度动态审视绿道管理中各利益主体的逻辑关系与实质。在实际的绿道经营管理中,参与人的理性要求较少且与现实更为接近,故采用博弈进化均衡决策模型,将经营管理过程中的三大博弈体行为以函数的形式联系起来,构建城市游憩型绿道经营管理的多元动态博弈模型。绿道经营管理模式建立不仅受制于客观环境,同时也会因经营管理主体的变化而发生变化,因此,绿道经营管理模式没有唯一的,只有适合的。 本文在形成结论的过程中,是采取定性与定量相结合的研究方法进行研究的。
