S旅行社知识分享研究

【摘要】:知识经济时代旅行社的旅游产品信息的生产、提供与创造能力的大小,将直接影响到旅行社的竞争力与发展前景。而这种能力的高低很大程度上取决于旅行社内部的知识分享水平。 S旅行社是—个复杂适应系统,环境选择性风险和内在成长性需求对S旅行社的管理提出了越来越严峻的要求。而知识分享战略实施是应对这种要求的有效途径。 本文首先通过文献归纳法总结出复杂适应系统角度的知识分享需要考虑的三个方面:第一,知识层面;第二,知识分享主体层面;第三,知识分享的支撑机制,包括技术平台和保障知识分享的制度。然后以此为框架,深入分析了S旅行社目前在知识储备、知识分享主体以及知识分享支撑机制等方面存在的一些障碍与不足:第一知识储备层面,目前的知识储备不够,包括内部知识挖掘不够和外部的输入有限;第二,知识分享层面,目前旅行社员工知识分享的动机和意愿均存在不足;第三,知识分享支撑机制上,在技术平台上,目前的知识分享平台利用程度不高,而在制度上,尽管建立了一些知识分享制度,但是仍缺乏有效的个人知识分享系统的有效支持,组织机制、文化氛围等也有待提高,企业文化的激励、导向影响力较弱。 最后在此基础上,结合前面的理论框架分析,从知识储备、员工知识分享意愿、知识分享支撑机制等方面提出促进S旅行社知识分享的思路和对策。
[Abstract]:In the era of knowledge economy, the production of tourist product information of travel agencies, the size of their ability to provide and create, will directly affect the competitiveness and development prospects of travel agencies. This ability depends largely on the level of knowledge sharing within travel agencies. S travel agency is a complex adaptive system. Environmental selective risk and internal growth demand put forward more and more severe requirements for S travel agency management. The implementation of knowledge-sharing strategy is an effective way to deal with this demand. Firstly, this paper summarizes three aspects of knowledge sharing in complex adaptive systems by literature induction: first, knowledge level, second, knowledge sharing subject level; Thirdly, the supporting mechanism of knowledge sharing, including the technology platform and the guarantee system of knowledge sharing. Then, based on this framework, the author deeply analyzes some obstacles and deficiencies in knowledge reserve, knowledge sharing main body and knowledge sharing supporting mechanism of S Travel Agency: the first level of knowledge reserve, the current knowledge reserve is not enough. Including insufficient internal knowledge mining and limited external input; Second, the level of knowledge sharing, the current travel agency staff knowledge sharing motivation and willingness are inadequate; Third, on the supporting mechanism of knowledge sharing, on the technology platform, the current knowledge sharing platform is not highly utilized, but in the system, despite the establishment of some knowledge sharing system, However, there is still a lack of effective personal knowledge sharing system support, organizational mechanism, cultural atmosphere and so on need to be improved, corporate culture incentive, the influence of guidance is weak. Finally, based on the previous theoretical framework analysis, this paper puts forward the ideas and countermeasures to promote the S travel agency knowledge sharing from the aspects of knowledge reserve, knowledge sharing willingness, knowledge sharing supporting mechanism and so on.
