密云乡村旅游发展现状与对策研究

【摘要】：随着我国经济的快速增长,人们的生活水平不断提高,利用周末或三天小长假时间,到郊区参与乡村旅游的游客数量在急剧增加。住民俗户、品农家菜、体验农耕等乡村旅游活动,已经成为很多游客追捧的娱乐项目,理性的分析和比较研究密云乡村旅游发展问题,对其更好的发展具有非常重要的意义。密云乡村旅游发展已形成一定的规模,密云县委、县政府也一直在不断探索和实践如何更好发展和管理乡村旅游的有效方法,也采取了多种管理办法和措施,取得了一些经验和成绩。但是,与北京市其它发展较好的区县相比,还存在一定差距和问题。目前,密云县委、县政府的一项重要工作就是如何将密云乡村旅游建成以绿色生态环境为核心资源、精致乡村生活体验为特征,同时构建规范的市场运营体系,打造特色品牌形象,提升乡村旅游档次。本文概括介绍了密云乡村旅游的发展历程与发展现状,分析了密云乡村旅游产业发展优势与劣势,概括解释了政府部门、乡村旅游行业协会、民俗旅游专业合作社在乡村旅游发展中的作用。通过实地调研、文献研究、数据统计以及案例分析等研究方法,从乡村旅游基础服务设施建设、民俗接待规范化建设、乡村旅游人才培养、经营理念、营销模式等方面入手,对目前密云乡村旅游发展的瓶颈、存在问题及原因进行了深入分析,同时,从政府管理的角度,结合密云乡村旅游发展的实际情况,提出了对策建议,希望能为促进密云乡村旅游更好发展,促进农民增收致富,打造京郊乡村旅游的新亮点等工作提供借鉴。本文最后在结语中就密云乡村旅游的经验教训对北京发展乡村旅游事业的警示提出了6点看法,以期对北京乡村旅游事业的总体发展略尽微薄之力。
[Abstract]:With the rapid economic growth of our country, people's living standard is improving constantly, and the number of tourists who take part in rural tourism in the suburbs is increasing sharply by using the weekend or three days' small and long vacation time. It has become a popular entertainment project for many tourists to live in folk custom households, taste farm vegetables, experience farming and other rural tourism activities. The rational analysis and comparative study on the development of Miyun rural tourism is of great significance to the better development of rural tourism. The development of rural tourism in Miyun has formed a certain scale. The Miyun County Committee and the county government have been constantly exploring and practicing effective methods for better development and management of rural tourism, and have also adopted a variety of management methods and measures. Some experience and achievements have been made. However, compared with other developed districts and counties in Beijing, there are still some gaps and problems. At present, one of the important tasks of the Miyun County Party Committee and the county government is how to build Miyun rural tourism with green ecological environment as its core resource, exquisite rural life experience as its characteristic, and establish a standardized market operation system at the same time. Create a unique brand image, improve the rural tourism grade. This paper briefly introduces the development course and present situation of Miyun rural tourism, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of Miyun rural tourism industry, and explains the government departments, rural tourism industry association, The role of folk tourism cooperatives in the development of rural tourism. Through field investigation, literature research, data statistics and case analysis, this paper starts with the construction of rural tourism basic service facilities, the standardization of folk custom reception, the cultivation of rural tourism talents, the management concept, the marketing model, and so on. This paper deeply analyzes the bottleneck, existing problems and reasons of the development of rural tourism in Miyun at present. At the same time, from the angle of government management, combined with the actual situation of the development of rural tourism in Miyun, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions. It is hoped that it can be used for reference to promote the better development of rural tourism in Miyun, to increase the income of farmers and to create new highlights of rural tourism in the suburbs of Beijing. In the last part of the paper, the author puts forward six opinions on the warning of the development of rural tourism in Beijing in the light of the experience and lessons of Miyun rural tourism, in order to make a modest contribution to the overall development of rural tourism in Beijing.
