郑州都市区观光休闲农业发展对策研究

【摘要】：随着工业化、城镇化和农业现代化的高速发展，我国城乡一体化进程明显加快。观光休闲农业应运而生，成为城市及市郊空间特殊形态的农业。观光休闲农业是工业化和城市化高度发展条件下对农业的一种新认识，它的发展将有助于对大城市农业的地位、功能方向和目标进行重新思考和定位。郑州市作为河南省的省会城市，具有发展观光休闲农业的客观要求、基础条件和明显优势。2011年国务院出台的《关于支持河南省加快建设中原经济区的指导意见》中对河南给出“积极探索不以牺牲农业和粮食、生态和环境为代价的工业化、城镇化、农业现代化协调发展的路子，是中原经济区建设的核心任务。”的要求和定位后，郑州市提出了建设郑州都市区的战略构想，把郑州都市区建设成为中原经济区核心增长区，，把郑州都市区打造为工业化、城镇化和农业现代化协调发展的先行区、示范区。同时《郑州都市区建设纲要》也对农业的发展提出了明确要求，观光休闲农业己经成为郑州都市区农业发展的主题。 在读期间，结合专业实际，查阅了大量文献，收集整理了国内外观光休闲农业和郑州都市区观光休闲农业发展相关资料，细致研究了相关政府文件资料，对郑州市观光休闲农业发展实践进行了系统地总结和分析，并重点分析提出了郑州都市区观光休闲农业发展建议。本文共分为六个部分： 第一部分：引言。这部分主要阐述本文的研究目的及意义，对国内外研究现状进行了阐述，并对研究思路和方法进行概述。 第二部分：观光休闲农业的基本理论。这部分主要对观光休闲农业的概念、基础理论、基本特征、功能定位和作用进行了阐述。 第三部分：国内外观光休闲农业发展现状及经验启示。这部分主要论述了国内外观光休闲农业发展的现状、存在问题及经验启示。 第四部分：郑州都市区观光休闲农业发展现状及存在问题。这部分主要论述了郑州都市区观光休闲农业的发展现状及存在的问题。 第五部分：郑州市区观光休闲农业发展的对策与建议。这部分主要针对郑州都市区观光休闲农业发展给出相应的对策与建议。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of industrialization, urbanization and agricultural modernization, the process of urban-rural integration in China has been accelerated. Tourism and leisure agriculture emerged as the times require, becoming a special form of agriculture in urban and suburban space. Tourism and leisure agriculture is a new understanding of agriculture under the condition of industrialization and urbanization. Its development will help to rethink and position the position, function and goal of agriculture in big cities. As the capital city of Henan Province, Zhengzhou has the objective requirements of developing sightseeing and leisure agriculture. Basic conditions and obvious advantages.
