山西省文化旅游产业集团化发展研究

【摘要】:随着人们生活水平的不断提高,原来以观光为主的旅游已经开始向体验性、文化性更强的文化旅游转变。这种需求的快速增长,为山西省文化旅游产业的发展带来了前所未有的机遇。山西具有丰富的文化资源,是著名的文化大省。但是随着文化旅游市场进一步开放,国外大型文化旅游集团的进入和国内文化旅游集团的规模逐渐扩大,对山西文化旅游产业的发展带来了巨大的挑战。对于文化旅游产业集团化发展刚刚起步的山西文化旅游产业来言,在规模、产业竞争力、企业管理等方面与国内外大型的文化旅游集团还有很大的差距。因此,整合现有的规模小、竞争力弱、分布散乱的文化旅游资源,组建大型文化旅游集团将是山西优化文化旅游资源配置,提升文化旅游产业的竞争力根本途径。 本文从产业经济学、新制度经济学和管理学的角度对山西的文化旅游产业集团化问题进行了分析,企图指出山西加快文化旅游产业集团化构建的战略选择和政策建议。 本文首先对国内外文化旅游产业集团化发展的研究现状进行了总结,阐述了山西文化旅游产业集团化发展的背景及意义,提出本文的研究思路和研究方法。其次,,对文化旅游产业集团化发展的相关理论进行了研究,论述了文化旅游和文化旅游产业集团化的内涵和特点。接下来,深入调研,进一步分析了山西文化旅游产业发展的现状及问题,指出了产业组织不合理、资源整合度低、管理体制不畅以及产业整体形象差等制约山西文化旅游产业发展的主要因素。在此基础上,论述了文化旅游产业集团化发展对实现山西资源型经济转型发展、提高文化旅游产业竞争力等方面的积极作用,并指出山西丰富的文化资源和良好的宏观政策是实现山西文化旅游产业集团化发展的有力保障。最后,结合山西省文化旅游产业集团化发展的相关策略,提出山西文化旅游产业集团化发展的路径选择,包括加强政府引导、依托大型旅游企业、整合互补文化旅游资源和利用大景点带动等,并在此基础上提出了加快山西省文化旅游产业集团化发展的政策建议。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of people's living standards, tourism, which is mainly sightseeing, has begun to change to experiential and cultural tourism. The rapid growth of this demand has brought unprecedented opportunities for the development of cultural tourism industry in Shanxi Province. Shanxi is rich in cultural resources and is a famous cultural province. However, with the further opening of the cultural tourism market, the entry of large foreign cultural tourism groups and the gradual expansion of the scale of domestic cultural tourism groups have brought great challenges to the development of Shanxi cultural tourism industry. For Shanxi cultural tourism industry, which has just started, there is still a big gap between Shanxi cultural tourism industry and large cultural tourism groups at home and abroad in terms of scale, industrial competitiveness, enterprise management and so on. Therefore, it is the fundamental way for Shanxi to optimize the allocation of cultural tourism resources and enhance the competitiveness of cultural tourism industry by integrating the existing cultural tourism resources with small scale, weak competitiveness and scattered distribution of cultural tourism resources and setting up large cultural tourism groups. This paper analyzes the problem of cultural tourism industry collectivization in Shanxi from the angles of industrial economics, new institutional economics and management, and tries to point out the strategic choice and policy suggestions for Shanxi to speed up the construction of cultural tourism industry collectivization. This paper first summarizes the research status of cultural tourism industry collectivization at home and abroad, expounds the background and significance of Shanxi cultural tourism industry collectivization development, and puts forward the research ideas and research methods of this paper. Secondly, the related theories of the development of cultural tourism industry collectivization are studied, and the connotation and characteristics of cultural tourism and cultural tourism industry collectivization are discussed. Next, this paper further analyzes the present situation and problems of the development of Shanxi cultural tourism industry, and points out the main factors that restrict the development of Shanxi cultural tourism industry, such as unreasonable industrial organization, low integration of resources, poor management system and poor image of the industry as a whole. On this basis, this paper discusses the positive role of the collectivization development of cultural tourism industry in realizing the transformation and development of Shanxi's resource-based economy and improving the competitiveness of cultural tourism industry, and points out that Shanxi's rich cultural resources and good macro-policies are the powerful guarantee for realizing the collectivized development of Shanxi's cultural tourism industry. Finally, combined with the related strategies of the collectivized development of Shanxi's cultural tourism industry, this paper puts forward the path choice of the collectivized development of Shanxi's cultural tourism industry, including strengthening the guidance of the government, relying on large tourism enterprises, integrating complementary cultural tourism resources and using large scenic spots, etc., and on this basis, puts forward some policy suggestions for speeding up the collectivized development of Shanxi's cultural tourism industry.
