厦门鼓浪屿景区游客满意度与门票价格容忍度关系的研究

【摘要】:在全国各地景区门票价格纷纷上涨的情况下,上涨的门票价格和游客对门票价格的容忍度成为景区经营管理的一个重要矛盾。为解决近年来鼓浪屿景区出现的严重超载问题,厦门市相关部门提高了鼓浪屿景区门票价格(轮渡票价)此举在游客中产生了较大的反响。游客对此次门票上涨反应如何,他们对鼓浪屿景区的满意度是否影响到他们对上涨门票的接受程度,这方面值得研究。这不仅丰富了游客门票价格容忍度的实证研究,也为鼓浪屿景区的经营管理提供参考。本文以鼓浪屿景区游客对景区满意度与游客对景区价格关系作为研究对象,运用文献演绎法、实证分析法、统计分析法、多学科综合研究法等方法,对鼓浪屿景区游客的景区满意度、景区涉入度、景区品牌形象感知程度、景区价格公平感知、景区质量感知程度进行调查与分析,对鼓浪屿景区游客的满意度与价格容忍度关系进行系统性研究。研究结果表明,不同性别、年龄、学历、收入水平的游客在价格容忍度方面存在着差异。游客越满意,游客对景区的门票价格容忍度越高。景区质量、游客价格公平感知对游客门票价格容忍度产生直接效应,和游客的门票价格容忍度正相关。景区的品牌形象和游客对景区的涉入度通过游客满意度间接影响着游客的门票价格容忍度。接近三分之二游客接受接受比现有价格更高的门票,说明鼓浪屿景区的轮渡票价还有一些上涨空间。
[Abstract]:With the price of scenic spots rising all over the country, the rising ticket prices and the tolerance of tourists to ticket prices have become an important contradiction in the management of scenic spots. In order to solve the serious overload problem of Gulangyu Scenic spot in recent years, the relevant departments in Xiamen City have raised the ticket price (ferry fare) of Gulangyu Scenic spot, which has had a great response among tourists. It is worth studying how tourists react to the ticket rise and whether their satisfaction with Gulangyu scenic spot affects their acceptance of the rising ticket. This not only enriches the empirical study of tourist ticket price tolerance, but also provides a reference for the management of Gulangyu Scenic spot. In this paper, the relationship between Gulangyu scenic spot tourists' satisfaction with scenic spots and tourists' prices to scenic spots is taken as the research object. By using the methods of literature deduction, empirical analysis, statistical analysis and multi-disciplinary comprehensive research, this paper investigates and analyzes the scenic spot satisfaction, scenic spot involvement, scenic brand image perception, scenic spot price fairness perception and scenic spot quality perception. This paper makes a systematic study on the relationship between tourist satisfaction and price tolerance in Gulangyu Scenic spot. The results show that there are differences in price tolerance among tourists of different sex, age, education and income level. The more satisfied the tourists are, the more tolerant they are to the ticket price of the scenic spot. The quality of scenic spots and the perception of tourists' price fairness have a direct effect on the tolerance of tourists' ticket prices, which is positively related to the tolerance of tourists' ticket prices. The brand image of scenic spot and the degree of tourists' involvement in scenic spot indirectly affect the tolerance of ticket price through tourist satisfaction. Nearly 2/3 tourists accept tickets that are higher than the current price, indicating that there is still some room for increase in ferry fares at Gulangyu Scenic spot.
