农户水禽养殖新技术采用意愿的影响因素分析

【摘要】：探索农户水禽养殖新技术采用意愿的影响因素,对促进养殖新技术推广应用,发展健康高效的水禽产业具有重要意义。基于8省(市)水禽养殖户的微观调研数据,采用二元Probit模型,分析农户水禽养殖新技术的采用意愿,探讨农户采用养殖技术意愿的影响因素。结果表明,农户采用养殖新技术的意愿普遍较高,83%的受访农户表示愿意采用养殖新技术。年龄、养殖场规模、新技术风险程度的主观判断、掌握新技术难易程度的主观判断、距农业推广机构的距离对农户采用新技术意愿有负向影响,受教育程度、养殖年限、是否参加过技术培训、是否得到国家政策扶持、是否获得贷款对农户采用新技术意愿有正向影响。在此基础上提出了加强基础教育建设,在水禽产业中设立进入和退出门槛,鼓励养殖户持续经营;加大养殖新技术的宣传和培训力度,完善技术指导和技术服务体制;加大对水禽产业的扶持力度,创建完善的农村信贷服务等具体措施。
[Abstract]:To explore the influencing factors of farmers' willingness to adopt waterfowl breeding technology is of great significance for promoting the popularization and application of new aquaculture technology and developing healthy and efficient waterfowl industry. Based on the micro survey data of 8 provinces (cities) and waterfowl farmers, the two yuan Probit model was adopted to analyze the willingness of farmers to adopt waterfowl farming technology, and to explore the influencing factors of farmers' willingness to adopt aquaculture technology. The results show that the willingness of farmers to adopt new techniques is generally higher, and 83% of the farmers are willing to adopt new technology. Age, farm size, risk of new technology degree of subjective judgment and grasp the new technology of the degree of difficulty, from the subjective judgment of agricultural extension organization of farmers to adopt new technology distance will have the negative influence, education, culture life, whether to participate in technical training, is not supported by national policy support, whether to get loans have a positive impact on the willingness of farmers to adopt new technology. On this basis, put forward to strengthen the construction of basic education, the establishment of the entry and exit barriers in the waterfowl industry, encourage farmers to increase sustainable management; new technology culture publicity and training to improve the technical guidance and technical service system; increase the waterfowl industry support, specific measures to create perfect rural credit services.
