沈阳市新生代农民工社会融入的对策研究

【摘要】：农民工是指目前依旧保留农民身份即农业人口户籍性质的,并被企事业单位雇佣从事第二、三产业劳务,主要收入来自劳务工资收入的劳动者。而“新生代农民工”主要是指出生于1980年以后,户籍在农村而在城镇就业的人群。据国家统计局《2013年全国农民工调查监测报告》显示,截止2013年我国现阶段外出农民工总量为16610万人,其中老一代农民工6549万人,新生代农民工在10061万人。如今,针对农民工的理论研究涉及到国外主要包括：人口迁移的规律性研究、人口迁移与城市发展关系的研究、迁移人口的适应与融入等；涉及到国内研究主要从移民理论、心理学、社会学和文化人类学四个视角展开。本文综合以上各种研究,结合沈阳市新生代农民工的实际情况,针对他们在融入社会过程中所面临的就业、婚姻、身心健康、身份认同和组织归属等诸多方面的困难,深入研究沈阳市新生代农民工的整体现状,认真梳理沈阳市新生代农民工社会融入的基本特征。为帮助沈阳市新生代农民工能够更好的融入城市、融入社会,针对他们在各方面融入的困难,提出切实可行的解决方案,真正做到让新生代农民工能够热爱城市、融入城市、扎根城市,这将对加快沈阳城市建设、促进城乡统筹发展及维护社会稳定有着比较深远的意义。
[Abstract]:Refers to the current migrant workers still retain the identity of farmers or agricultural population hukou, and enterprises and institutions engaged in the second, third industry labor workers, the main income comes from labor income. "The new generation of migrant workers" is pointed out after born in 1980, household registration in rural areas and in urban employment population. According to the National Bureau of statistics <2013 the migrant workers survey monitoring report > show, by the end of 2013 in the present stage of our country migrant workers a total of 166 million 100 thousand people, including 65 million 490 thousand people of the old generation of migrant workers, the new generation of migrant workers in 100 million 610 thousand.
Now, the theoretical study on the migrant workers involved in the foreign research mainly includes: the regularity of the relationship between population migration, population migration and city development, population migration and adaptation into; related to domestic research mainly from immigration theory, psychology, sociology and cultural anthropology started from four perspectives.
In this paper, the above research, combining with the actual situation of Shenyang City, the new generation of migrant workers, for them in the social integration process in the face of employment, marriage, health, identity and belonging to organizations and other aspects of the difficulties, the overall status of in-depth study of Shenyang City, the new generation of the peasant workers, the basic characteristics of Shenyang City, the new generation of migrant workers with a careful review. In order to help the new generation of migrant workers in Shenyang can better integrate into the city, into the community, for their integration in all aspects of the problem, put forward the feasible solution, and truly let the new generation of migrant workers into the city, to love the city, the city will accelerate the roots, promote urban and rural construction of Shenyang city. The development and has significant meaning to maintain social stability.
