黑龙江省农业企业商业模式影响因素研究

【摘要】：被认为是国家重要的商品粮生产中心的黑龙江省,为农业企业的生存提供了非常优越的条件。随着农业企业发展规模不断扩大、产业化水平不断提升、市场拓展能力不断增强,农业企业的商业模式也在变化。商业模式已经成为公司增加市场的竞争力,增加绩效一个重要的战略工具。但黑龙江省农业企业在商业模式的实施效果与预期效果上存在差异,这说明商业模式在运行过程中还存在其他因素,这些因素影响了有效的商业模式,导致企业业绩未能达到理想水平。因此,找出影响商业模式的主要因素,对主要因素进行调整,从而为商业模式的顺利进行提供保障。本研究以黑龙江省农业企业的商业模式为研究对象,详细的分析了商业模式的影响因素以及这些影响因素对商业模式的影响程度。运用平衡计分卡原理分析出15项商业模式的影响因素,通过SPSS19.0统计分析软件验证了商业模式影响因素的有效性与可信度,并通过主成分分析(PCA)15将业务模型,总结了六个主要影响因素,商业模式,即,客户需求,竞争激烈,公司资源,内部流程,企业家精神和技术的变化。为了更准确地把握各因素的影响程度在业务模型,提出了各维度与假设的各种影响因素,商业模式,并建立结构方程模型,运用LISREL8.7对模型进行分析,并对分析结果提出了可行性的保证黑龙江省农业企业商业模式顺利实现的管理建议,包括合理高效配置农业企业资源、培育与开发企业家精神文化、增强农业企业技术变革能力、调查分析农业企业客户需求、建立良性农业企业竞争环境、完善优化农业企业内部流程等,解决这个问题的黑龙江省农业企业的商业模式,以确保黑龙江省农业公司的健康稳步发展。
[Abstract]:Is considered to be an important national commodity grain production center of Heilongjiang Province, provide very favorable conditions for agricultural enterprises to survive. With the development of agricultural enterprises continues to expand the scale and improve the level of industrialization, market development ability unceasingly strengthens, the business model of agricultural enterprises is changing. Business model has become the company to increase the market to increase the performance of competitiveness, an important strategic tool. But the agricultural enterprises in Heilongjiang Province, there are differences in the effect of the implementation of the business model and the expected effect, indicating that the business model there are other factors in the operation process, these factors affect the effective business model, leading to enterprise performance failed to reach the ideal level. Therefore, the main factors to find out the impact of the business model, to adjust the main factors, which is the business model so as to provide security. This study takes Heilongjiang Province Agricultural Enterprises The industry's business model as the research object, a detailed analysis of the influence factors of business model and the impact of these factors on the business model. By using the Balanced Scorecard Principle Analysis of 15 factors affecting the business model, through the SPSS19.0 statistical analysis software to verify the impact of business model validity and reliability factors, and through the principal component analysis of (PCA) 15 business model, summarized six main influence factors, namely, business model, customer demand, intense competition, the company resources, internal processes, changes of entrepreneurship and technology. In order to more accurately grasp the impact of various factors in the business model, put forward various influence factors, and the dimensions of if the business model, and establish the structural equation model, using LISREL8.7 to analyze the model, and the business model of agricultural enterprises in Heilongjiang province to ensure the feasibility of the analysis results The smooth realization of management recommendations, including the rational and efficient allocation of agricultural enterprise resources, cultivation and development of entrepreneurial culture, enhance the technology innovation of agricultural enterprises, the investigation and analysis of customer demand of agricultural enterprises, establish the benign competitive environment of agricultural enterprises, optimize the internal processes of agricultural enterprises, solve the problem of agricultural enterprises in Heilongjiang Province, the business model, to ensure that Heilongjiang Province agricultural company's healthy and steady development.
