【摘要】:乐清市是铁皮石斛最适宜生长的地区,同时也是铁皮石斛的传统产区。本文对乐清市铁皮石斛产业发展现状及存在问题进行了实地调查,并应用SWOT分析法、文献检索法对乐清市铁皮石斛产业发展的优势、劣势、威胁、机会进行了全面、深入的分析。乐清铁皮石斛产业的主要存在优势:优越的自然生长环境、享誉国内外的明星产地、高超的种植与加工技术、扎实的产业基础;劣势:自然风险大、产品深加工环节薄弱、企业规模小,品牌效应弱、种植标准杂乱;机会:符合大健康产业战略、政府对产业的大力支持与引导、院企合作与专业合作组织的推进;威胁:竞争压力大、市场风险大。通过以上分析本文认为乐清市铁皮石斛产业发展应发挥优势、克服劣势、应对威胁、把握机会,才能得到健康良好的发展,提出了以下发展对策:(1)加强铁皮石斛产业发展的组织领导、政策引导以及努力塑造乐清独有的铁皮石斛文化。(2)完善产业链,提高产业集约化程度,建立公平、透明、开放的铁皮石斛产业信息系统,建立产业园,并鼓励企业延长产业链。(3)“突出重点,扶优扶强”的原则,实施统一的品牌战略,培育产业龙头企业。(4)制定和完善铁皮石斛产品标准,建立行业质量标准体系,规范行业行为,完善铁皮石斛产品质量监督体系。(5)加大乐清铁皮石斛产业发展的宣传力度。(6)建立产品交易市场支撑体系。(7)建立科技支撑体系。
[Abstract]:Yueqing City is the most suitable growth area of Dendrobium candidum, and it is also the traditional production area of Dendrobium candidum. In this paper, the current situation and existing problems of Dendrobium candidum industry in Yueqing City were investigated. The advantages, disadvantages, threats and opportunities of the industrial development of Dendrobium candidum in Yueqing City were analyzed by SWOT analysis and literature retrieval. Deep analysis. The main advantages of Dendrobium candidum industry in Yueqing: superior natural growth environment, famous star production area at home and abroad, superb planting and processing technology, solid industrial foundation; Disadvantages: large natural risks, weak product processing links, small scale of enterprises, weak brand effect, messy planting standards; Opportunities: in line with the big health industry strategy, the government's strong support and guidance to the industry, hospital and enterprise cooperation and professional cooperation organization to promote; Threat: the competition pressure is great, the market risk is big. Through the above analysis, the author thinks that the development of the industry of Dendrobium candidum in Yueqing city should give play to its advantages, overcome its disadvantages, deal with the threat and grasp the opportunity to get a healthy and good development. Put forward the following development countermeasures: 1) strengthen the organizational leadership of the industrial development of Dendrobium candidum, policy guidance and efforts to shape Yueqing unique culture of Dendrobium candidum. 2) improve the industrial chain and enhance the degree of industrial intensification. To establish a fair, transparent and open industrial information system of Dendrobium candidum, to establish an industrial park, and to encourage enterprises to extend the industrial chain. Develop and perfect the product standard of Dendrobium candidum, establish the quality standard system of the industry, and standardize the behavior of the industry. Improve the product quality supervision system of Dendrobium candidum. 5) increase the propaganda of the development of Dendrobium candidum industry in Yueqing. 6) establish the support system of product trading market. 7) establish the science and technology support system.
