农产品溯源系统的设计与开发

【摘要】:可追溯系统的主要目的是记录和存储产品在供应过程中的相关信息,当出现质量问题时,能够快速有效地追查到出现问题的环节,实施有针对性的拯救措施,,必要时将产品召回,由此来保障产品的质量安全和消费者的知情权。本文对农产品溯源系统的核心技术问题进行了深入研究,主要内容如下: 1.通过查阅相关文献,对国内外溯源系统的发展状况进行调查研究,分析并总结了我国当前农产品溯源系统存在的问题,确立了文章研究的主要目标。 2.对系统的相关技术进行了研究。分析了数据库分布式存储策略,通过采用基于全局节点的分配方式提高系统的数据查询速度;着重对QR码进行了研究,分析了QR码的结构特点;简要分析了Web Service的工作原理及工作流程,通过使用开放的标准协议进行描述、传输和交换,提高系统的效率和通用性。 3.本文针对QR码图像在实际应用中产生的畸变,提出了一种改进型的柱面校正算法,解决了QR码图像的桶形失真和枕形失真问题。而对于透视畸变失真,采用较为成熟且可靠的Hough变换法进行校正。在电脑上测试通过后再移植到客户端,大大提高了开发效率。 4.通过对农产品溯源平台的功能和性能指标、模块划分、工作流程、设计思路等方面的考虑,给出了一个农产品溯源平台的总体解决方案,并通过完善的需求分析和详细设计完成整个平台的设计与实现。 5.通过系统测试及试运营,本系统运行稳定,各项性能指标均符合预期目标,系统的各项功能均满足应用需求。通过在农业生产中使用本系统,可以实现对农业生产、流通过程中的信息管理,提高农产品质量。
[Abstract]:The main purpose of traceability system is to record and store the relevant information of the product in the process of supply. When there is a quality problem, it can quickly and effectively track down the link of the problem and implement targeted rescue measures. In order to guarantee the quality and safety of products and consumers' right to know, the core technical problems of traceability system of agricultural products are deeply studied in this paper, the main contents are as follows: 1. Through consulting relevant literature, the development of traceability system at home and abroad is investigated and studied, the problems existing in traceability system of agricultural products in China are analyzed and summarized, and the main goal of this paper is established. 2. The related technology of the system is studied, the distributed storage strategy of database is analyzed, and the data query speed of the system is improved by using the allocation method based on the global node; The QR code is studied, and the structure characteristic of QR code is analyzed. The working principle and workflow of Web Service are briefly analyzed, and the efficiency and versatility of the system are improved by using open standard protocol to describe, transmit and exchange. 3. Aiming at the distortion of QR code image in practice, an improved cylindrical correction algorithm is proposed in this paper. The problems of barrel distortion and pillow distortion of QR code image are solved, while the perspective distortion distortion is solved. A more mature and reliable Hough transform method is used to correct it, and then transplanted to the client after passing the test on the computer, which greatly improves the development efficiency. 4. Through the consideration of the function and performance index, module partition, work flow, design idea of the agricultural product traceability platform, the overall solution of the agricultural product traceability platform is given. And complete the design and implementation of the whole platform through perfect requirement analysis and detailed design. 5. Through the system test and trial operation, the system runs stably, all the performance indexes are in line with the expected objectives, and the functions of the system all meet the application requirements. Through the use of the system in agricultural production. Can achieve agricultural production, circulation process of information management, improve the quality of agricultural products.
