安溪茶产业发展策略研究

【摘要】：农业是人类的“母亲产业”,是国民经济的基础。中国自古以来就是农业大国,在经历过三十多年的改革开放和发展,我国的农业发展也进入了一个新的阶段。发挥各地区农业的比较优势,发展特色农业,是21世纪农业结构的一次重大调整,是增加农民收入、促进农村经济发展的重要途径。特色农业作为现代农业的其中一部分,不折不扣地要走在前,起到表率作用。本文以福建省安溪县特色产业-茶产业发展为例,根据安溪县实际情况和区域优势与特点,通过调查分析安溪县优势特色农产品——安溪铁观音的成长历程、发展现状及发展中存在的问题,特别是当前安溪茶产业中遇到如“绿色”壁垒高筑、单一特色农产品带来的风险、比较效益带来的压力、新型饮料市场的冲击、经营成本带来的发展压力等发展“瓶颈”,有针对性地提出适合相对单一农业产品发展的思路和方法,旨在为安溪县特色农业产业持续健康发展提供比较好的建议和措施,为目前安溪县县域经济发展和特色产业延伸提供参考。在上述分析基础上,本文通过查阅大量的资料、应用SW0T理论模型对安溪发展茶产业进行系统分析,尤其紧扣福建省委书记尤权同志莅临安溪调研茶产业发展时提出的“做响品牌、注重创新、共同发展、保护环境”的讲话精神,从生态规划、龙头带动、品牌培育、质量管理、文化突围及政策支持等方面为安溪县茶产业的持续发展提出一些建议,力求为本地区乃至全省、全国茶业产业的可持续发展提供有益的借鉴和帮助。
[Abstract]:Agriculture is the "mother industry" of mankind and the foundation of the national economy. China has been a large agricultural country since ancient times and has experienced more than 30 years of reform and opening up and development. The development of agriculture in China has also entered a new stage. Giving full play to the comparative advantages of agriculture in various regions and developing agriculture with characteristics is a major adjustment of the agricultural structure in 21th century and an increase in farmers' income. As a part of modern agriculture, characteristic agriculture, as a part of modern agriculture, must go ahead and play an exemplary role. This paper takes the development of tea industry in Anxi County, Fujian Province, as an example. According to the actual situation and regional advantages and characteristics of Anxi County, this paper analyzes the growth course, development status and existing problems of Anxi Tieguanyin Tea, a special agricultural product of Anxi County, through investigation and analysis. In particular, the current Anxi tea industry is confronted with the risks brought by the high "green" barriers, the risks brought by the single characteristic agricultural products, the pressure brought by comparative benefits, and the impact of the new beverage market. The "bottleneck" of development, such as the pressure of development brought by operating cost, is pointed out in order to provide better suggestions and measures for the sustainable and healthy development of the characteristic agricultural industry in Anxi County, which is suitable for the development of relatively single agricultural products. This paper provides a reference for the development of county economy and the extension of characteristic industry in Anxi county. On the basis of the above analysis, this paper makes a systematic analysis of the tea industry development in Anxi by referring to a large amount of data and applying the SW0T theory model to the development of tea industry in Anxi County. In particular, following the spirit of "making a brand, paying attention to innovation, common development, and protecting the environment" put forward by Comrade you Quan, secretary of the Fujian Provincial Party Committee, when visiting Anxi to investigate the development of tea industry, the spirit of "making a brand sound, paying attention to common development, and protecting the environment" is brought forward from ecological planning, leading, brand cultivation, quality management. Some suggestions for the sustainable development of tea industry in Anxi County are put forward in the aspects of cultural breakthrough and policy support, which can provide useful reference and help for the sustainable development of tea industry in this area and even in the whole province.
