云龙天池国家级自然保护区周边社区土地利用变化特征及对保护的影响分析

【摘要】：随着天池自然保护区的建立以及保护行动的深入,天池自然保护区周边社区与保护区的矛盾冲突愈演愈烈。在寻求发展的目的下,社区的土地利用必然会对自然保护区及其周边地区的生态环境造成不良影响。本文以“云南云龙天池国家级自然保护区保护策略研究”项目为支撑,主要采用了遥感与地理信息系统相结合、定性与定量相结合的分析方法,通过社区土地利用变化特征及其对保护的影响分析,识别自然保护区周边社区土地利用变化的规律特征,分析社区土地利用变化对保护区自然保护的影响。通过研究,本文得出以下两点主要结论： (1)天池自然保护区周边社区在2000年至2014年间的土地利用变化比较明显。社区的建设用地大幅增加,草地和裸地面积增加,林地、耕地和水域面积减少。(2)天池自然保护区周边社区的土地利用变化对保护影响较大,尤其是北片片区周边社区。但社区土地利用变化的规律性特征使其对保护的潜在威胁呈现出较好的态势。建设用地的大幅增加,林地的减少和裸地的增加,加大了社区土地利用给保护区及其周边地区生态环境的影响。但是总的来说,距离保护区较近的区域,其土地利用的稳定性相对较高,对保护的不良影响较小。基于以上的研究结果,本文最后提出四点建议。第一,引导社区合理利用土地；第二,加强社区共管建设,缓解社区与自然保护区之间的冲突,使自然保护区与社区形成良好的合作关系；第三,加强对社区合理利用土地和对自然保护的宣传与教育；第四,加强对自然保护区北片周边社区的扶持和引导力度,以及重点区域的监测和管理。
[Abstract]:With the establishment of Tianchi Nature Reserve and the deepening of conservation actions, the conflict between the surrounding communities and the reserve has intensified. Community land use will inevitably have a negative impact on the ecological environment of nature reserves and their surrounding areas. Based on the project of "Research on Conservation Strategies of Yunlong Tianchi National Nature Reserve in Yunnan Province", this paper mainly adopts the analysis method of combining remote sensing with GIS, qualitative and quantitative analysis. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of community land use change and its impact on conservation, the law of community land use change around nature reserve is identified, and the impact of community land use change on nature conservation in nature reserve is analyzed. Through the research, this paper draws the following two main conclusions:. The land use of the surrounding communities in Tianchi Nature Reserve between 2000 and 2014 is obvious. The construction land of the community has increased significantly, the grassland and bare land area has increased, and the forest land, Land use change in the surrounding communities of Tianchi Nature Reserve has a great impact on conservation. Especially in the surrounding communities of Beizhang area, but the regular characteristics of community land use change make the potential threat to protection show a good situation. The large increase of construction land, the decrease of forest land and the increase of bare land, The impact of community land use on the ecological environment of the protected areas and its surrounding areas was increased, but in general, the stability of land use was relatively high and the negative impact on protection was relatively small in the areas close to the protected areas. Based on the above research results, this paper finally puts forward four suggestions: first, to guide the community to use the land reasonably; second, to strengthen the community co-management construction, and to alleviate the conflict between the community and the nature reserve. To form a good cooperative relationship between the nature reserve and the community; third, to strengthen the propaganda and education on the rational use of the land and the conservation of nature in the community; and (4th) to strengthen the support and guidance to the communities around the north section of the nature reserve.
