科技进步对安化黑茶产业经济增长贡献研究

【摘要】:安化黑茶历史悠久,有着数百年成熟的传统加工工艺,近些年来黑茶产业逐渐成为安化县经济发展的中坚力量。在安化黑茶产业由传统生产加工向现代新技术加工转变的现实背景下,加工工艺也在不断进步发展,科技进步因素对于促进黑茶产业经济增长的贡献所占比重越来越大,成为助推黑茶产业经济增长发展的主要动力。如果可以准确测算出科技进步对黑茶产业经济增长的贡献率大小及转变趋势,就可以量化反应出黑茶产业发展中存在的问题,从整体上把控安化黑茶的科技进步情况,对于制定黑茶产业阶段性发展战略有着非常重要的参考价值。因此,本文针对安化县黑茶产业科技进步贡献率进行测算分析研究,依据测算结果,从多个角度对安化县黑茶产业科技进步中的不足和短板展开分析并给出相应对策建议。本文选用“索洛余值法”对安化县黑茶产业中的科技进步贡献进行研究,主要内容包括:一、阐述本文选题背景、研究意义,主要内容及研究手段、方法。介绍安化县黑茶产业发展现状,包括安化黑茶发展历史及规模,科技进步对黑茶产业发展的推进作用。二、选取2004-2014年的安化黑茶各投入要素数据,为消除通货膨胀影响,采用价格指数进行缩减,运用“索洛余值法”测算科技进步在黑茶产业经济增长中的贡献率,并进一步对影响科技进步贡献率的因素进行二次分析,综合衡量各项技术因素权重情况。三、依据测算结果,阐述制约安化黑茶产业科技进步的若干问题,并提出推动安化黑茶产业科技进步的对策建议。
[Abstract]:Anhua black tea has a long history, with hundreds of years of mature traditional processing technology, In recent years, black tea industry has gradually become the backbone of Anhua County's economic development. Under the realistic background of the transformation of Anhua's black tea industry from traditional production and processing to modern and new technology, the processing technology is also continuously developing. The contribution of scientific and technological progress to promoting the economic growth of the black tea industry is becoming more and more important. If the contribution rate and changing trend of scientific and technological progress to the economic growth of the black tea industry can be accurately calculated, the problems existing in the development of the black tea industry can be quantitatively reflected. As a whole, it is of great reference value to control the scientific and technological progress of Anhua black tea industry. Therefore, this paper calculates and analyzes the contribution rate of science and technology progress of black tea industry in Anhua County. According to the calculation results, this paper analyzes the shortcomings and shortcomings of the black tea industry in Anhua County from several angles and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. This paper chooses "Solow residual value method" to study the contribution of scientific and technological progress in the black tea industry in Anhua County. The main contents are as follows: first, the background, significance, main content and research methods of this paper are described. The present situation of black tea industry in Anhua County is introduced, including the history and scale of the development of black tea in Anhua. The role of scientific and technological progress in promoting the development of the black tea industry. Second, select the data on the input elements of Anhua Black Tea from 2004 to 2014, and use the price index to reduce the impact of inflation. Using "Solow residual value method" to measure the contribution rate of scientific and technological progress in the economic growth of black tea industry, and to further analyze the factors that affect the contribution rate of scientific and technological progress, and comprehensively measure the weight of each technical factor. According to the calculation results, this paper expounds some problems restricting the scientific and technological progress of Anhua black tea industry, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the scientific and technological progress of Anhua black tea industry.
