家庭农场模式比较及创新经营策略探究

【摘要】：随着我国农业的快速发展,以家庭为单位的传统农业已经逐渐不适应现代农业的发展需要。同时顺应时代潮流,作为新型农业经营主体之一的家庭农场在国家政策和科技技术的支持下得到快速的发展。目前,我国家庭农场建设在全国多个地方得到推行和实行,这体现出家庭农场在我国农业现代化进程中的重要地位,也表明家庭农场对我国现代化农业建设的重要作用。但是家庭农场作为农业组织的新兴事物,它注定受到原有农业体制的阻碍和新的农业环境对它的考验,从各个方面的影响因素都有可能变为阻碍因素来减缓家庭农场的顺利发展。文章以家庭农场为研究对象,借助国内外家庭农场相关文献资料,对比分析对家庭农场发展有作用的影响因素和经验教训。通过分析家庭农场的影响因素,以行为事件访谈法和问卷调查法等方式获取在家庭农场经营者和其他相关者对家庭农场影响因素的评估数据,借助SPSS19.0数据处理软件,采用因子分析方法,对家庭农场发展的影响因素进行探索性分析,以厘清家庭农场发展影响因素因子之间的关系,具体数值输出体现在影响因子的相关性矩阵、KMO检验值、Bartllet球体检验值和Cronbach’a等指标中,并由此确定家庭农场影响发展因素因子之间的相关性、稳定性、效度、信度等方面的内容。经过家庭农场影响因素相关方面的数据分析,最终确定影响家庭农场发展的因素一共有11项,分别为家庭农场发展资金支持、土地资源流转的便利性、家庭农场发展的技术支持、国家政府的政策支持情况、家庭农场发展的基础设施、家庭农场发展的法律法规支持、家庭农场与相关企业组织的合作联盟、家庭农场的经营模式、家庭农场的经营理念、家庭农场的创新意识、家庭农场受客户市场的引导情况,这11项因素经过进一步概括归纳可分为家庭农场发展基础、外部环境、企业经营等三大部分,以及11种家庭农场影响因素的重要性顺序。根据家庭农场影响因素重要性程度综合,确定企业经营成为影响家庭农场发展的关键部分,进而提出创新经营策略用以解决企业经营方面的问题。文章以家庭农场为研究对象,探讨对家庭农场发展造成影响的因素,希望能为我国家庭农场的发展提出一些建议,加快我国家庭农场的快速发展,同时也希望为我国家庭农场的研究做出贡献和提供参考价值.
