达坂城区雪菊产业发展问题研究

【摘要】：雪菊种植业的发展极大加快了达坂城区经济提升速度,也是目前达坂城区农村经济发展的重中之重。在种植雪菊的过程中,虽然在各方面有了很大的提升并且获得了一定的成果,然而在这个过程中出现了很多急需解决的问题。本文分析表明,达坂城区雪菊种植面积和产量迅速提高,但是由于市场缘故,种植效益却逐年降低,雪菊生产走向了低谷。其中品牌化程度低、专业人才缺乏、生产组织化程度低、质量参差不齐是面临的主要问题,亟待解决。深入剖析表明,制约达坂城区雪菊发展的宏观因素是缺乏发展规划、扶持政策欠缺、市场开发不到位,除了这些宏观因素之外,农民的异质性也对雪菊发展有显著影响,如农户的文化程度、户主的农业生产经验、是否具备相应的农业技术知识、是否具有相应的专业性、雪菊种植量的大小、在家庭农场是否包含相应的非农产业、参与雪菊种植的时间、是否顺利完成了雪菊的销售、是否充分了解雪菊的销售行情、是否满足于现有雪菊销售价格等。通过以上研究得出了如何保证达坂城区雪菊产业顺利发展的相关措施:多方调研,制定发展规划;通过多方位的扶持力度来保证雪菊产业的快速发展;采取多样化的措施来扩展新的市场;保证农业生产有组织的进行;实施品牌战略;强化科技支撑;对现有的雪菊生产服务体系进行完善。
[Abstract]:The development of snow chrysanthemum cultivation has greatly accelerated the pace of economic upgrading in Dabancheng, and is also the top priority of the rural economic development in Dabancheng. In the process of growing snow chrysanthemum, Although there has been a great improvement in various aspects and some achievements have been achieved, there are many problems that need to be solved in the process. The analysis of this paper shows that the growing area and yield of snow chrysanthemum in Dabancheng City have increased rapidly. However, because of the market, the benefit of planting has decreased year by year, and the production of snow chrysanthemum has gone to a low ebb. Among them, the low level of brand, the lack of professionals, the low degree of production organization and the uneven quality are the main problems. An in-depth analysis shows that the macro factors that restrict the development of snow chrysanthemum in Dabancheng are the lack of development planning, the lack of supporting policies, and the lack of market development. In addition to these macro factors, The heterogeneity of farmers also has a significant impact on the development of snow chrysanthemum, such as the education level of farmers, the agricultural production experience of the head of household, whether they have the corresponding agricultural technical knowledge, whether they have the corresponding specialization, and the amount of snow chrysanthemum planted. Whether the family farm contains the corresponding non-agricultural industries, whether the time when snow chrysanthemum is planted, whether the sale of snow chrysanthemum has been successfully completed, and whether the sales market of snow chrysanthemum has been fully understood, Whether satisfied with the existing snow chrysanthemum sales price and so on. Through the above research we get the relevant measures to ensure the smooth development of the snow chrysanthemum industry in Dabancheng. Through multi-directional support to ensure the rapid development of snow chrysanthemum industry; take diversified measures to expand the new market; ensure the organized agricultural production; implement brand strategy; strengthen the support of science and technology; To the existing snow chrysanthemum production service system to carry on the consummation.
