现代农村电商人才精准扶贫策略研究

【摘要】：现代农村电商人才是指为了适应现代农村商品市场的发展而从事电子商务活动的人才。现代农村电商人才精准扶贫是指农村电商人才运用电商知识对扶贫对象实施精确帮扶、精确管理并使之精确脱贫的商务活动帮助方式。它意义重大,主要表现在:符合国家建设小康社会的战略;促进美丽新农村建设发展;推动农村经济转型升级;帮助农村贫困人口脱贫致富。但现代农村电商人才精准扶贫的意识较弱、技能较低、资源较少和环境较差,严重影响了精准扶贫的进度和效度。只有强化农村电商人才精准扶贫的意识、提高其技能、提供其资源和改善其环境,才能在扶贫理念上标本兼治。
[Abstract]:In order to adapt to the development of modern rural commodity market, modern rural electric merchants are talents engaged in electronic commerce activities. It is of great significance to meet the national strategy of building a well-off society; to promote the development of beautiful new countryside; to promote the transformation and upgrading of rural economy; Help the rural poor to get rid of poverty and become rich. But modern rural electricity merchants are less aware of the need to help the poor, less skilled, less resourceful and less environmental. Only by strengthening rural electric merchants' awareness of poverty alleviation, improving their skills, providing their resources and improving their environment, can the concept of poverty alleviation be dealt with at both the root and the root.
