闽南农村非正规经济的特征、机制及效应——对龙海市某村民间标会点的实证

【摘要】：全球化进程对地方金融发展产生冲击,闽南民间标会作为地方非正规融资的一种方式在全球化过程中也发生着微妙的变化。选取龙海市典型的民间标会点作为案例,以问卷的形式取得一手数据,并结合参与式调研的方式进行半结构化访谈,探讨福闽南民间标会的特征、产生机制及非正规效应。结果表明:闽南民间标会参会人群呈现参与人员年轻化、女性占比增大、文化水平与标会认知负相关等特征;正规金融部门门槛设置和闽南地区社缘网络是闽南民间标会得以维持的重要原因;在标会中引进监督机制和合同化操作将促进标会健康化发展。
[Abstract]:The process of globalization has an impact on the development of local finance. As a way of local informal financing, Minnan Folk Standard Association has also undergone subtle changes in the process of globalization. First hand data were obtained by questionnaire and semi-structured interviews were conducted in the form of participatory research to explore the characteristics of Fu-Minnan Folk Standard Association. The results show that the participants of Minnan Folk Standard Association are younger, the proportion of female is increasing, and the cultural level is negatively correlated with the cognition of the Association. The establishment of formal financial sector threshold and the social network in Minnan region are the important reasons for the maintenance of Minnan Folk Standard Association, and the introduction of supervision mechanism and contract operation will promote the healthy development of the bidding Committee.
