大数据精准扶贫与传统方式扶贫之比较

【摘要】：正贫困治理是社会精细化治理进程中的重要突破口,也是各级政府的重要工作。但随着传统方式的扶贫开发的日益深入,贫困问题呈现出复杂多变,扶贫难度加大,对于精准化扶贫提出了更高要求,因而要改变传统意义上的输血式扶贫,要充分利用大数据技术,依托大数据技术的数据化、动态化的特点,与精准扶贫机制全面对接,让数据扶贫成为精准扶贫的核心技术和有效路径。本文通过比较大数据精准扶贫方式与传统扶贫方式,进而发掘适合当地实际情况的扶贫脱贫的突破口,建立动态的扶贫管理体系和扶贫大数据的互联共享机制。
[Abstract]:The governance of positive poverty is an important breakthrough in the process of fine governance of society and an important work of governments at all levels. However, with the deepening of poverty alleviation and development in the traditional way, the problem of poverty is becoming more complex and changeable, and the difficulty of poverty alleviation becomes more and more difficult. Higher requirements have been put forward for precision poverty alleviation. Therefore, in order to change the traditional sense of blood transfusion poverty alleviation, we should make full use of big data's technology, rely on the digitization and dynamic characteristics of big data's technology, and fully connect with the mechanism of precision poverty alleviation. Let the data poverty alleviation become the core technology and effective path of the precision poverty alleviation. By comparing big data's precision poverty alleviation method with the traditional poverty alleviation method, this paper will explore the breakthrough of poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation which is suitable for the local actual situation. Establish a dynamic poverty alleviation management system and poverty alleviation big data's interconnection and sharing mechanism.
