基于“农超对接”的生鲜农产品供应链研究

【摘要】：随着生鲜农产品电子商务的快速发展和“互联网+农业”概念的提出,人们生活发生了深刻的变化。“农超对接”借助电子商务平台开拓出生鲜农产品网络渠道,形成了农超对接双渠道流通模式。与此同时,我国冷链物流发展不完善,生鲜农产品流通损耗严重。农超对接过程中超市如何在控制损耗的情况下进行订货决策以及农超对接供应链如何在线下与线上同步发展的环境下,实现双渠道协调成为急需解决的问题。首先,论文分析了农超对接的发展背景,发展模式以及生鲜农产品电子商务的发展现状,总结农超对接双渠道供应链发展面临的主要问题,之后,对变质库存理论、供应链协调理论的研究进行总结与归纳。其次,从农超对接供应链运输和销售两个环节建立新鲜度和运输时间双因素影响的变质库存模型,讨论分析各变量对生鲜农产品订货周期、订货量以及供应链整体利润的影响。研究发现新鲜度严重影响生鲜农产品的需求以及运输时间严重影响供应链整体利润,超市应制定小批量、多频次的订货策略。进一步考虑新鲜度对生鲜农产品市场需求的影响,建立二级双渠道供应链博弈模型,讨论超市与合作社进行博弈的最优决策以及分析新鲜度对价格、需求量和供应链利润的影响。研究发现集中决策时生鲜农产品线上价格和线下价格都降低,双渠道供应链整体利润达到最大,双渠道供应链达到协调。最后,理论分析农超对接的主要风险因素,综合考虑各方面风险对Shapley值法进行改进,并使用改进后的Shapley值法对供应链利润进行分配。研究发现考虑风险因素符合农超对接双渠道供应链实际的运行情况,农超对接双渠道供应链达到最终协调,并对“农超对接”双渠道供应链发展提出相应的建议。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of e-commerce of fresh agricultural products and the concept of "Internet agriculture", people's lives have undergone profound changes. At the same time, the development of cold chain logistics in China is not perfect. The circulation loss of fresh agricultural products is serious. Under the circumstance of how to make order decision under the condition of controlling the loss and how to separate the supply chain from the line and develop synchronously with the line in the process of agricultural super docking, It is urgent to solve the problem of realizing the coordination of two channels. Firstly, the paper analyzes the development background, the development model and the current situation of e-commerce of fresh agricultural products. This paper summarizes the main problems facing the development of the supply chain with two channels, and then summarizes and sums up the research on the theory of deteriorating inventory and the coordination theory of the supply chain. Secondly, Based on two links of supply chain transportation and sale, the model of bad inventory with the influence of freshness and transportation time is established, and the order cycle of fresh agricultural products is discussed and analyzed. The study found that freshness seriously affected the demand for fresh agricultural products and transportation time seriously affected the overall profits of the supply chain. Supermarkets should make small quantities. Considering the influence of freshness on the market demand of fresh agricultural products, a two-level two-channel supply chain game model is established to discuss the optimal decision of the game between supermarket and cooperative, and to analyze the freshness to the price. The effects of demand and supply chain profit. It is found that the online and offline prices of fresh agricultural products decrease, the overall profit of two-channel supply chain reaches the maximum, and the two-channel supply chain achieves coordination. Theoretical analysis of the main risk factors of agricultural super docking, comprehensive consideration of various risks to improve the Shapley value method, And the improved Shapley value method is used to distribute the profit of the supply chain. The study found that the risk factor is in line with the actual operation of the agricultural double channel supply chain, and the dual channel supply chain of the agricultural super docking reaches the final coordination. And put forward the corresponding suggestion to the development of the double channel supply chain.
