山东省蔬菜生产效率评价研究

【摘要】：蔬菜是居民生活的必须消费品,我国蔬菜同时担负着缓解农村资源压力、促进农民增收的双重任务。其中以山东省为代表的质优价廉蔬菜,在我国蔬菜产业中占据着越来越重要的地位。但是,随着城市化进程的推进,山东省蔬菜生产结构发生了深刻的变化,蔬菜产业从业人员逐年下降,而优质蔬菜需求量却不断攀升,蔬菜供需之间的矛盾越来越突出。面对蔬菜生产速度动荡造成的经营成本偏高,部分学者对山东省蔬菜提出了高效化生产的思考。为此,合理的评价山东省蔬菜生产效率,积极发挥山东省蔬菜生产的带动优势,实现蔬菜生产资源供需平衡就显得尤其重要。鉴于蔬菜生产效率提高对我省农业现代化发展起到的重要作用,本文创新性的从蔬菜生产投入、产出角度入手,将统计方法中的因子分析引入到指标筛选中,并以此为基础,归纳提出基于--CCRTFPDEA指数的山东省蔬菜生产效率综合评价模型。利用CCR分解驱动因素的特点,测算2001~2014年山东省蔬菜生产效率。结果表明,山东省蔬菜在2001~2014年生产效率相对合理,只有2010年和2012年两年数据呈现出负增长现象。由于山东省跨越纬度较大,东西部发展存在一定的偏差,特此选取malmquist-DEA指数进一步评价济南等17个城市的蔬菜生产效率。其中,潍坊市蔬菜生产效率具有明显的比较优势,而威海、滨州等地蔬菜生产效率相对较低。评价结果与我省蔬菜生产现实基本相符,具有一定的实用价值。最后,基于实证结果,提出了提高山东省居民生活水平,推动山东省蔬菜产业健康发展的重要建议。
[Abstract]:Vegetables are the necessary consumer goods for residents to live in. Vegetables in our country shoulder the dual task of relieving the pressure on rural resources and promoting the increase of farmers' income. Among them, Shandong Province is the representative of high-quality and inexpensive vegetables. Vegetable industry in China occupies an increasingly important position. However, with the development of urbanization, the structure of vegetable production in Shandong Province has undergone profound changes, and the number of vegetable industry practitioners has decreased year by year. However, the demand for high-quality vegetables is rising, and the contradiction between the supply and demand of vegetables is becoming more and more prominent. In the face of the high operating cost caused by the turbulence of vegetable production speed, some scholars have put forward some thoughts on the efficient production of vegetables in Shandong Province. To evaluate the vegetable production efficiency in Shandong Province reasonably, to give full play to the leading advantage of vegetable production in Shandong Province, It is especially important to realize the balance between supply and demand of vegetable production resources. In view of the important role that the improvement of vegetable production efficiency plays in the development of agricultural modernization in our province, this paper innovatively starts from the angle of vegetable production input and output. This paper introduces the factor analysis in the statistical method into the index screening, and on this basis, proposes a comprehensive evaluation model of vegetable production efficiency in Shandong Province based on the CCRTF PDEA index. The characteristics of the CCR decomposition driving factor are used. The vegetable production efficiency of Shandong Province from 2001 to 2014 was measured. The results showed that the vegetable production efficiency in Shandong Province was relatively reasonable during the period of 2001 to 2014, and only the data of 2010 and 2010 showed a negative growth phenomenon. There is a certain deviation in the development of eastern and western regions. Here we select the malmquist-DEA index to further evaluate the vegetable production efficiency in Jinan and other 17 cities. Among them, Weifang has obvious comparative advantage in vegetable production efficiency, while Weihai, The vegetable production efficiency in Binzhou and other places is relatively low. The evaluation results are basically consistent with the reality of vegetable production in our province, and have certain practical value. Finally, based on the empirical results, the paper proposes to improve the living standards of the residents of Shandong Province. Important suggestions for promoting healthy Development of vegetable Industry in Shandong Province.
