【摘要】：正我国60%的贫困人口分布在山区,林地林木等森林资源是山区最重要的生产资料和林农最丰厚的家产。多年的扶贫工作实践证明,加强林业生态建设,发展林业产业,是一项兴林富民的重要举措,是增加山区农民收入、推进农业产业结构调整、促进农村社会经济发展的必由之路,是实现生态建设与精准脱贫的双赢之策。"在贫困地区大力发展林业,利用森林资源发展绿色富民产业,可以吸纳贫困人口就业增收,增加林产品有效供给,改善生态状况,促进生态保护与脱贫增收协调发展。"国家林业局局长张建龙说。
