农户对农业文化遗产保护与发展的感知分析——来自云南哈尼梯田的调查

【摘要】：农户是农业文化遗产系统的关键要素,农户感知是相关保护与发展措施的信息反馈,也是政策制定和改进的出发点与落脚点。文章基于对全球重要农业文化遗产——云南红河哈尼稻作梯田的调查,通过构建感知指数体系,评价了农户的遗产保护感知、生态问题感知和旅游发展感知,分析了农户对不同问题感知的相关性以及个人与家庭特征对感知的影响。结果表明,农户对保护和传承遗产的态度是积极的,对发展梯田旅游总体上持支持态度,然而农户也感知到梯田面临的资源环境问题,对旅游发展总体满意度一般。农户对遗产系统的认知与保护意愿越强,对环境变化的感知和对生态保护的意愿越强烈,旅游发展可以加强农户对梯田的保护意愿。农户年龄和家庭土地经营规模越大,对梯田系统的认知程度越高,而教育程度和家庭收入越高的农户,对生态环境保护的意愿越强。农业文化遗产保护与发展中,要加强宣传教育,生态保护优先,发展规划先行,逐步消除农户的消极感知,实现遗产地可持续发展。
[Abstract]:Peasant household is the key element of agricultural cultural heritage system. Farmers' perception is the information feedback of relevant protection and development measures. It is also the starting point and the foothold of policy making and improvement. Based on the investigation of the important agricultural cultural heritage-Yunnan Honghe Hani rice terrace, the paper evaluates the farmers' perception of heritage protection by constructing the perception index system. This paper analyzes the relevance of farmers' perception of different problems and the influence of individual and family characteristics on their perception of ecological problems and tourism development. The results show that farmers' attitudes towards heritage conservation and inheritance are positive. Generally speaking, farmers have a supportive attitude to the development of terraced tourism. However, farmers also perceive the problems of resources and environment faced by terraces, and are generally satisfied with the development of tourism. The stronger the cognition and protection of the heritage system, the stronger the farmers' awareness of the heritage system and their willingness to protect it. The stronger the perception of environmental change and the willingness to ecological protection, the stronger the farmers' willingness to protect terraces. The larger the farmer's age and family land management scale, the higher the cognition of terrace system. The higher the level of education and family income, the stronger the willingness to protect the ecological environment. In the protection and development of agricultural cultural heritage, it is necessary to strengthen propaganda and education, give priority to ecological protection, give priority to development planning, and gradually eliminate the negative perception of farmers. To realize the sustainable development of heritage sites.
