新型城镇化背景下农村剩余劳动力转移问题研究

【摘要】：农村剩余劳动力转移是一项关乎农民、农业、农村以及整个国民经济体系的重要问题,深刻影响着人民的切身利益和我国经济社会的变革,尤其是新型城镇化发展背景下,以人为本的核心理念,使对农村剩余劳动力转移问题的研究具有更为重要的理论意义和现实意义。本文在对农村剩余劳动力转移国内外研究现状及相关理论进行全面综述的基础上,分别利用工日计算法和国际标准结构法对我国农村剩余劳动力进行了估算,并从农村劳动力规模与结构、农村从业人员资源总量及构成、农村劳动力流动三大层面就我国总体农村剩余劳动力转移现状进行了剖析。其次,利用相关分析、主成分分析与回归分析对我国农村剩余劳动力转移的影响因素进行实证研究,为后续模型的修正提供依据。再次,根据托达罗模型及其与我国农村剩余劳动力转移的现实差距,从前提假设、劳动力流动总量模型、个体流动决策模型三方面对托达罗模型予以修正,并进一步指出修正后托达罗模型的理论及现实意义。最后,基于新型城镇化的发展背景及前述分析,提出了新形势下我国农村剩余劳动力的转移路径及对策。本文研究基于新型城镇化的发展背景,研究视角尚属新颖,同时综合运用统计方法、计量方法等,研究方法比较全面,另外,对于模型的修正适时适宜,具有一定的创新性和现实价值。
[Abstract]:The transfer of rural surplus labor force is an important issue related to farmers, agriculture, rural areas and the whole national economic system. It has a profound impact on the vital interests of the people and the economic and social changes in our country, especially in the context of the development of new urbanization. The core idea of people-oriented, So that the study on the transfer of rural surplus labor force has more important theoretical and practical significance. The paper estimates the rural surplus labor force by using the method of working day calculation and the method of international standard structure, and makes use of the scale and structure of rural labor force, the total amount and composition of rural employees' resources. The paper analyzes the current situation of rural surplus labor force transfer from three aspects of rural labor mobility. Secondly, using correlation analysis, principal component analysis and regression analysis, the paper makes an empirical study on the influencing factors of rural surplus labor force transfer in China. Third, according to the Todaro model and the reality gap between the transfer of rural surplus labor force, from the premise assumption, the total amount of labor flow model, The theory and practical significance of the modified Todaro model are further pointed out. Finally, based on the background of the development of the new urbanization and the above analysis, the author points out the theoretical and practical significance of the modified Todaro model from the three aspects of the individual flow decision model. In this paper, based on the development background of new urbanization, the perspective of the study is still novel. At the same time, the comprehensive use of statistical methods, measurement methods, etc., the research methods are relatively comprehensive. In addition, it is suitable for the modification of the model and has some innovation and practical value.
