新疆兵团二团海岛棉生产发展策略研究

【摘要】：新疆生产建设兵团第一师二团位于南疆天山支脉哈拉铁克山的南麓沙井子西南部,光热、水利资源丰富,盛产棉花,是我国少数几个能够种植海岛棉的地区,也是生产建设兵团种植海岛棉面积最大的团场,海岛棉常年种植面积占第一师的80%以上,兵团的50%以上。二团海岛棉种植历史悠久,经过多年发展,海岛棉生产已成为二团经济发展、农业产业链延长、职工增收重要保障。本文通过文献查阅、田间调查研究、走访调查、数据分析等方法,对农一师二团海岛棉发展现状、生产进行SWOT分析(SWOT分析即为S (strengths)优势、W (weaknesses)劣势、O (opportunities)机会、T (threats)威胁。下同),基本结果如下：1.二团地区是新疆最早开始试种海岛棉的区域之一,地理条件得天独厚,光热充足,灌溉便利,人员素质高,并随着技术的不断进步与发展,形成了成熟的生产模式。2.二团种植的海岛棉品质好、品种更新快、科研力量强、组织管理到位,促进了海岛棉产量的提高和种植面积的稳定。但近几年,海岛棉产量提高不大、种植技术变的单一、病虫害日趋加重、机械化进程缓慢、成本持续增加使得植棉面积不断减少。所以,应该抓住国家产业调整和政策的支持进行产业结构调整,克服天气异常、用水紧张、用工不足等因素的威胁,以稳定种植面积,实现可持续发展。3.针对二团海岛棉的当前状况,具体的应对措施为：转变耕作模式,加强病虫害防治,地力提升与培肥,加快产、学、研一体化,加快机械化进程,提高植棉效益,并且延长海岛棉产业链,稳定产业体系,发展订单生产。随着科学种植技术的应用和生态环境的改良,以及“逐步定向种植→加工→销售转变”产业链的形成、完善和国家政策的调整,二团地区海岛棉种植和发展将会迎来新的腾飞。
[Abstract]:The first and second divisions of the Xinjiang production and Construction Corps are located in the southwest of Shajingzi, the southern foot of the southern Tianshan branch of the Haraldike Mountains. They are rich in light and heat, rich in water resources and rich in cotton. They are among the few areas in our country that can grow island cotton. It is also the largest regiment for the production and construction of island cotton, which accounts for more than 80% of the first division and over 50% of the first division. The continuous increase in cost has led to the continuous decrease of cotton planting area. Therefore, we should seize the support of national industrial adjustment and policy to adjust the industrial structure to overcome the threat of abnormal weather, water shortage, and insufficient employment, so as to stabilize the planting area. In view of the current situation of Ertuan island cotton, the concrete countermeasures are: changing farming mode, strengthening pest and disease control, improving soil fertility and fertilizing, speeding up the integration of production, learning and research, and speeding up the process of mechanization. To improve the benefit of cotton planting, to extend the industrial chain of island cotton, to stabilize the industrial system and to develop the order production.
