万柏林区生态园林建设对农民收入增长研究

【摘要】：一个地区的生态环境的优劣,不仅仅关系到能否给这个地区带来舒适的学习生活环境,而且还影响着当地的经济发展。太原市万柏林区位于太原西山地区,该地区有大量厂矿企业,采煤沉陷区,导致山上植被被大量破坏,当地环境较差。所以区内矿区的绿化对于当地生态环境有着尤为重要的意义。出于历史的原因,绝大多数的矿区企业由于一直以来只重视生产,忽视了对周边环境的保护和建设。导致了矿区企业周边环境黑、脏、乱、差的环境现状,一直以来不能得到彻底的改变。本文通过对农民收入低下的原因分析,得出来农业弱质性,城乡二元结构影响农民收入增长的结论,并通过万柏林区的实际情况。分析出万柏林区西山地区村庄农民收入增长缓慢的原因。结合万亩生态园建设的实际情况,通过对万亩生态园周边几个村庄的走访调查,分析农民们的收入变化和就业方向的变化,得出生态园的建设对周边农民收入起到了促进作用的结论。万柏林生态园的发展是一种绿色生态发展模式,是太原市城郊农村发展和改革管理的典型,“用经济发展加强生态建设,以生态建设促进经济建设”二者相辅相成,很好的推进生态、生活、生产的融合以及生态、经济、社会三大效益协调发展。
[Abstract]:The quality of a region's ecological environment is not only related to whether it can bring a comfortable learning and living environment to this area, but also affects the local economic development. There are a large number of factories and mining enterprises in this area, coal mining subsidence areas, resulting in massive destruction of vegetation on the mountain, and the local environment is poor. Therefore, the greening of mining areas in this area is of particular importance to the local ecological environment. For historical reasons, The vast majority of mining enterprises have only attached importance to production and neglected the protection and construction of the surrounding environment. As a result, the surrounding environment of mining enterprises is black, dirty, chaotic and poor. Through the analysis of the causes of the low income of farmers, this paper draws the conclusion that the weak nature of agriculture and the dual structure of urban and rural areas affect the growth of farmers' income. And through the actual situation in Wanbalin District, the reasons for the slow growth of farmers' income in villages in West Mountain area of Wan Berlin District are analyzed. Combined with the actual situation of the construction of the 10,000 mu Ecological Park, through the investigation of several villages around the 10,000 mu Ecological Park, Based on the analysis of the change of farmers' income and the change of employment direction, the conclusion that the construction of ecological garden promotes the income of the surrounding farmers is concluded that the development of Wamberlin ecological park is a green ecological development model. It is a typical example of rural development and reform management in the suburbs of Taiyuan. "strengthen ecological construction with economic development, promote economic construction with ecological construction" and complement each other, so as to promote the integration of ecology, life and production, as well as ecology and economy. The three major benefits of society develop in a coordinated manner.
