产业集群理论视角下的盘锦市绿色蔬菜产业发展研究

【摘要】：农业作为第一产业,为支撑国民经济建设与发展提供基础产品。当下的农业发展不能仅仅依靠于农产品种植、养殖,即基础产品的供应,大农业发展必须紧密结合食品工业和流通服务业。而绿色蔬菜工程正涵盖了以上各个产业,成为研究农业产业发展最具有鲜明特征的标的群体。农业发展的理性道路是要以提升农业产业集群中各部分的竞争力为基础,从而提升综合实力,而目标的达成则需要细致分析公共政策、生产要素、相关产业、企业结构、需求条件、市场机遇等一系列因素或变量,用科学的分析方法对各类因素进行详细分析和试验,得出准确结论。这种分析方法更接近于工业化了的农业,而这就需要运用管理学中产业集群理论及模型进行推理和分析。通过推理和分析形成机理和规律再去指导实践,这也将为产业集群理论方法与研究对象在创新结合上锦上添花。在产业集群理论中,迈克尔·波特的“钻石体系”是新经济地理学理论的代表,也是近些年来应用于发展中国家和地区项目研究的重要理论。钻石体系强调一国的特定产业是否具有竞争力,主要由要素条件、支持性产业和相关产业、需求状况、企业战略、结构与竞争四个主要的要素条件以及机遇和政府两个附加要素共同作用取得的。本文以“钻石体系”为框架,以盘锦市绿色蔬菜工程为例,通过实地考察运用将理论分析和实证分析结合起来,找出绿色蔬菜工程项目实践中出现的问题并进行深入的原因分析,进而试图提出解决对策。本文分为以下四个部分：第一部分是绪论,阐述了选题背景、研究意义、文献综述及研究方法；第二部分对产业集群理论及其内涵进行梳理；第三部分对绿色蔬菜工程现状进行阐述,并对其问题原因进行深入分析；第四部分试图提出解决绿色蔬菜工程问题的相关对策。
[Abstract]:Agriculture, as the primary industry, provides basic products for supporting the construction and development of the national economy. The current agricultural development cannot rely solely on the planting and breeding of agricultural products, that is, the supply of basic products. The development of big agriculture must be closely integrated with the food industry and the circulation service industry. And the green vegetable project is covering all of these industries. The rational way of agricultural development is to enhance the competitiveness of all parts of agricultural industrial cluster, thus to enhance the comprehensive strength. In order to achieve this goal, a series of factors or variables, such as public policy, factors of production, related industries, enterprise structure, demand conditions, market opportunities, etc., need to be analyzed and tested in detail with scientific analysis methods. The analytical method is closer to the industrialized agriculture, and it needs to use the theory and model of industrial cluster in management to infer and analyze, and then guide the practice by reasoning and analyzing the formation mechanism and law. In the theory of industrial cluster, Michael Porter's "diamond system" is the representative of the new economic geography theory. The diamond system emphasizes whether a country's particular industry is competitive or not, mainly made up of essential factors, supportive industries and related industries, demand status, and enterprise strategy. The four main factors of structure and competition, as well as the interaction of opportunity and government, are obtained. This paper takes "Diamond system" as a framework and takes Panjin City Green vegetable Project as an example. Through the field investigation, combining the theoretical analysis with the empirical analysis, the problems in the practice of the green vegetable project are found out and the reasons are analyzed deeply. This paper is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction, the background of the topic, the significance of the research, literature review and research methods, the second part of the industrial cluster theory and its connotation combing; In the third part, the present situation of green vegetable engineering is expounded, and the causes of the problems are analyzed deeply. The fourth part tries to put forward the relevant countermeasures to solve the problem of green vegetable engineering.
