河西绿洲灌区循环农业技术经济研究

【摘要】：本文以经济学的视角探究了循环经济在农业中的运用,将循环农业存在的经济技术特征进行归纳、总结及分析,以“系统的可持续性”作为论文的基本基调,以可持续性发展的眼光看待循环农业的发展进程。系统的可持续性是指在系统发展规律的过程中,所运用的方法、方式及模式概论,以系统为视角探讨可持续发展的存在性及其可操作性。为了深入研究河西绿洲灌区循环农业技术经济发展,引入逻辑树及层次分析法对循环农业技术特征分析,得出循环农业问题和技术优先序;引入系统动力学相关理论对企业循环流程图进行结构分析,以此得出河西绿洲灌区循环农业的复杂性及发展机制,主要结果和结论如下:第一部分是本文的基础性理论概述,主要对当前循环农业的模式特点进行归纳和分析,有助于下文对模式内部的技术经济特征进行把握。第二部分得出循环农业技术经济的问题优先序及技术优先序,总结出河西绿洲灌区循环农业发展过程中存在的问题及关键技术因素,从而得出结论:在循环农业发展过程中,从总排序的情况可以看出,关键技术的研发依然是制约河西绿洲农业循环发展的最主要因素,而循环农业技术对生态环境的影响、循环农业的收益情况、循环农业各技术之间的配合衔接等也是制约河西绿洲农业循环发展的重要因素;在循环农业技术发展过程中,秸秆的资源化技术利用是制约目前河西绿洲灌区循环农业发展的关键技术要素,并总结出当前各技术组合下的组合优先性。第三部分从企业的角度对河西绿洲灌区技术经济特征进行实证分析,通过系统动力学模型对企业循环发展模式进行了仿真预测。第四部分提出循环农业技术经济发展的复杂性及其发展机制。将循环农业的发展机制分为五大类:①基于物质资源利用的“3R”机制;②基于经济资源高效利用的“再生产”机制;③技术与创新资本增效机制;④空间环境适用性优化布局机制;⑤一体化多主体参与机制。
[Abstract]:This paper probes into the application of circular economy in agriculture from the angle of economics, sums up and analyzes the economic and technological characteristics of circular agriculture, and takes "the sustainability of system" as the basic keynote of the paper. The development process of circular agriculture is viewed from the perspective of sustainable development. The sustainability of the system refers to the methods, methods and models used in the process of system development. In order to study the technical and economic development of circular agriculture in Hexi oasis irrigation area, logical tree and analytic hierarchy process were introduced to analyze the technical characteristics of circular agriculture. The problems of circular agriculture and the priority of technology are obtained, and the structure of circulation flow chart of enterprises is analyzed by introducing the relevant theory of system dynamics, and the complexity and development mechanism of circular agriculture in Hexi oasis irrigation area are obtained. The main results and conclusions are as follows: the first part is an overview of the basic theory of this paper. It is helpful to grasp the technical and economic characteristics of the model below. The second part is to get the priority order of the technical economy of circular agriculture and the priority order of technology. The problems and key technical factors in the development of circular agriculture in Hexi oasis irrigation area are summarized. The research and development of key technologies is still the most important factor restricting the development of agricultural cycle in Hexi oasis, and the impact of circular agricultural technology on the ecological environment, the income of circular agriculture, It is also an important factor that restricts the development of agricultural cycle in Hexi oasis, and in the process of the development of the technology of circular agriculture, the cooperation and convergence among the various technologies of circular agriculture are also important factors. The utilization of straw resource is the key factor to restrict the development of circular agriculture in Hexi oasis irrigation area. And summarized the combination priority under the current technology combination. The third part from the enterprise angle to the Hexi oasis irrigation area technical and economic characteristics of empirical analysis. In the fourth part, the complexity and development mechanism of circular agriculture technology and economy development are put forward. The development mechanism of circular agriculture is divided into five categories: 1 base. The "3R" mechanism of material resources utilization is based on the "reproduction" mechanism of efficient utilization of economic resources.
