当前易地扶贫搬迁工作存在的问题及对策建议——基于湖北省的调研分析

【摘要】：易地扶贫搬迁是脱贫攻坚战的"头号工程",也是实施"五个一批"精准扶贫工程中最难啃的"硬骨头"。湖北省紧紧围绕"易地搬迁脱贫一批"的目标,出台一系列配套政策,采取一系列超常规举措,形成了部门协同、上下联动、合力攻坚的良好局面,取得了阶段性的重大胜利。但同时也必须坚持问题导向,聚焦薄弱环节,高度关注一些苗头性、倾向性的问题,谨防陷入五大误区。
[Abstract]:The change of land poverty alleviation and relocation is the "number one project" in the fight against poverty, and is also the most difficult "hard bone" in carrying out the "five batch" precision poverty alleviation projects.In Hubei Province, a series of supporting policies and a series of extraordinary measures have been adopted around the goal of "moving away from poverty in different places", which has formed a good situation of coordination of departments, linkage between the upper and lower levels, and joint efforts to attack the difficult points, and has achieved a major victory in stages.But at the same time, we must stick to the problem orientation, focus on the weak links, pay close attention to some emerging and tendentiousness problems, and guard against falling into five major misunderstandings.
