论抗战时期大后方各省粮食增产问题及其应对举措

【摘要】：全面抗战爆发后,黄河与长江中下游等重要粮食产区先后沦陷,国Qg粮食供求矛盾十分尖锐。国民政府为解决粮食问题,缓解大后方粮食供应紧张情形,平抑物价,决定通过生产增加粮食总量,遂发起战时大后方各省粮食增产运动。其主要措施为扩大种植面积和提高单位面积产量。这两大措施的实施在初期取得了一定成效,在一定程度上增加了大后方各省粮食总产量,使后方粮食供应紧张状况得以缓解,有力地支援了抗战。但后期却因租佃问题、农村劳力问题、农家负债及资金周转问题等因素的制约,导致大后方粮食生产徘徊不前,甚至下降。
[Abstract]:After the outbreak of the War of Resistance against Japan, the Yellow River and the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River and other important grain production areas have fallen, and the contradiction between the supply and demand of QG grain in China is very sharp.In order to solve the grain problem, ease the shortage of grain supply in the rear area, and stabilize the prices, the National Government decided to increase the total amount of grain through production, and launched a campaign to increase grain production in the provinces of the rear area during the war.The main measures are to expand the planting area and increase the yield per unit area.The implementation of these two measures achieved certain results in the initial period, to a certain extent, increased the total grain output of the provinces in the rear area, alleviated the shortage of grain supply in the rear areas, and supported the War of Resistance against Japan.However, because of the problems of tenancy, rural labor, peasant debt and fund turnover, the grain production in the rear area is stagnant or even declining.
