长三角城市群土地利用冲突强度评价及时空特征研究

【摘要】：在我国经济社会和城镇化高速发展的背景下,由于土地价值的日益体现,不同土地利用主体之间的竞争,土地利用结构失调,使得土地利用冲突已经十分突出。本文的研究目的在于通过PSR模型对土地利用冲突的做出评价,并结合灰色关联分析法研究土地利用冲突的主要驱动因素。文章在社会冲突和人地关系等理论的基础上,运用PSR模型对土地利用冲突展开因果分析,参考相关研究构建了土地利用冲突强度综合评价框架。并以长三角经济区为例,进行了实证分析,从压力、状态、响应三个层面选择了25项指标,利用熵权法得出了指标权重,计算了长三角经济区2004至2013年土地利用冲突强度指数并分析其时空特征,在此基础上运用灰色关联分析探究了长三角经济区土地利用冲突的主导因素。研究结论为：(1)长三角经济区土地利用冲突在时间上,表现为波动上升的趋势,在空间上,研究初期大部分城市都为低冲突强度,随时间推移高冲突强度城市增多并且出现向经济发达城市集聚的现象；(2)长三角经济区土地利用冲突原因可以概括为经济发展压力和产业结构因素,土地利用结构因素,人口压力以及土地投入因素,经灰色关联度分析,表明经济发展和城市扩张对土地利用系统的压力是土地利用冲突的主要驱动因素。(3)最后,总结了研究结果对土地利用冲突管理和调控的政策启示,主要包括调整土地利用结构,协调土地多重价值的实现；控制人口规模,缓解土地压力；缩小城乡差距,实现统筹发展等三个方面。
[Abstract]:Under the background of rapid economic and social development and urbanization in our country, the conflict of land use has become very prominent because of the increasingly embodiment of land value, the competition among different land use subjects and the imbalance of land use structure.The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the land use conflict by PSR model and to study the main driving factors of land use conflict with grey relational analysis.Based on the theories of social conflict and human-land relationship, the paper uses PSR model to analyze land use conflict causality, and constructs a comprehensive evaluation framework of land use conflict intensity with reference to relevant research.Taking the Yangtze River Delta Economic Zone as an example, the paper makes an empirical analysis, selects 25 indexes from three levels of pressure, state and response, and obtains the index weight by using entropy weight method.The intensity index of land use conflict from 2004 to 2013 in the Yangtze River Delta Economic Zone is calculated and its space-time characteristics are analyzed. On the basis of this, the dominant factors of land use conflict in the Yangtze River Delta Economic Zone are explored by using grey relational analysis.The result of the study is: 1) Land use conflict in the Yangtze River Delta Economic Zone shows a rising trend of fluctuation in time. In space, most cities in the early stage of the study have low intensity of conflict.The causes of land use conflict in the Yangtze River Delta Economic Zone can be summarized as economic development pressure and industrial structure factors, land use structure factors.Population pressure and land input factors, by grey correlation analysis, show that the pressure of economic development and urban expansion on land use system is the main driving factor of land use conflict.This paper summarizes the policy implications of the research results on the management and regulation of land use conflict, including adjusting the structure of land use, coordinating the realization of the multiple value of land, controlling the population scale, alleviating the land pressure, and narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas.Realize overall development and other three aspects.
