农产品批发市场配送模式的选择

【摘要】：随着我国现代农业的迅速发展和人们生活水平日益提高,我国农产品物流已不能完全适应高效的市场流通要求。农产品批发市场作为农产品流通的主要渠道,与发达国家相比,我国农产品批发市场流通体系很不完善,大约35%的农产品损耗在物流过程中,导致物流成本占农产品流通总成本的50%以上。在这种形势下,研究如何科学的选择农产品批发市场物流配送,以提高物流效率、降低物流成本、提高服务质量是十分必要的。本文首先分析了当前我国农产品批发市场的重要性,总结出我国农产品批发市场的配送模式主要有:客户自提、批发商送货、第三方物流配送。通过对实地调研数据的分析,确定了影响农产品批发市场配送模式选择的主要因素有配送成本、配送服务、农产品特征、批发市场特征,及14项子因素,并通过数据统计、均值算法、矩阵运算等方法,确定了各项指标的评价标准。针对基本熵权法在熵值H?1时,计算所得熵权呈倍数关系变化,出现熵权与熵所传递的信息不一致的情形,本文提出了一种改进熵权法。结合数学模型,运用层次分析法与基于熵权法以及改进熵权法三种赋权对比分析农产品批发市场配送模式优劣,最后结合实例分析,得到三种配送模式选择权向量为Z?(0.2997,0.1925,0.5078)。因此选择第三方物流配送模式最优,客户自提模式次之。在对农产品配送模式选择分析时,以往仅限于层次分析法进行研究,而层次分析法分析问题时,初始判断矩阵由专家给出,带有一定主观性,虽然其比较、判断过程简洁,但不可用于要求精度高的决策。本文对农产品批发市场进行实地调研,运用基于熵权的模糊评价法,并提出了改进熵权法,分析结果基于客观数据,结论显得更客观合理,符合实际。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of modern agriculture and the improvement of people's living standard, the logistics of agricultural products in our country can not fully meet the requirements of efficient market circulation.The wholesale market of agricultural products is the main channel for the circulation of agricultural products. Compared with the developed countries, the circulation system of the wholesale markets of agricultural products in China is very imperfect. About 35% of the losses of agricultural products are in the process of logistics.The cost of logistics accounts for more than 50% of the total cost of agricultural products circulation.Under this situation, it is very necessary to study how to choose the distribution of agricultural products wholesale market scientifically in order to improve logistics efficiency, reduce logistics cost and improve service quality.This paper firstly analyzes the importance of the agricultural products wholesale market in our country, and summarizes the distribution modes of the agricultural products wholesale market in our country: customer self-proposal, wholesaler delivery, third party logistics distribution.Through the analysis of field investigation data, the main factors influencing the selection of distribution mode of agricultural products wholesale market are determined, such as distribution cost, distribution service, agricultural product characteristics, wholesale market characteristics, and 14 sub-factors.The evaluation criteria of each index are determined by means of mean value algorithm, matrix operation and so on.In this paper, an improved entropy weight method is proposed to solve the problem that the basic entropy weight method changes in a multiple relation between the entropy weight and the information transmitted by the entropy at the entropy value H? 1.Combined with mathematical model, this paper compares the distribution mode of agricultural products wholesale market with AHP, based on entropy weight method and improved entropy weight method. Finally, combined with an example analysis, the option vector of the three distribution modes is obtained: ZHU 0.2997 / 0.1925 / 0.5078.Therefore, the third party logistics distribution mode is the best, followed by the customer self-proposal model.But it can not be used in the decision with high precision.This paper makes a field investigation on the wholesale market of agricultural products, applies the fuzzy evaluation method based on entropy weight, and puts forward an improved entropy weight method. The analysis result is based on objective data, and the conclusion is more objective and reasonable, which is in line with the reality.
