基于农户生产效率视角的特色农业经营模式比较研究——以西安市为例

【摘要】：通过构建农户农业生产投入产出指标体系,分别基于群组前沿面和共同前沿面下的DEA模型测算样本村农户的农业生产效率,试图从实证角度探讨分析西安市不同农业经营模式在发展特色农业上的效率差异。结果显示:龙头企业带动型、合作经济组织带动型经营模式的大多数农户都能在较高的技术水平下开展农业生产活动,而专业市场带动型和传统生产型农户的农业技术水平参差不齐且整体偏低;西安市农户整体生产效率偏低,存在较大的改进空间,龙头企业带动型是当前的技术水平下资源配置能力最佳的组织形式;纯技术效率的提高方式因不同经营模式而异,规模效率的提高需要推动农村土地流转机制创新,发展农业适度规模经营,或者加大农业生产投入力度。
[Abstract]:Based on the DEA model of group frontier and common frontier, the agricultural production efficiency of sample village farmers is calculated by constructing the index system of agricultural production input and output.This paper attempts to analyze the differences in the efficiency of different agricultural management models in developing characteristic agriculture in Xi'an from the perspective of demonstration.The results show that most farmers with leading enterprises and cooperative economic organizations can carry out agricultural production activities at a higher level of technology.However, the level of agricultural technology of the specialized market driven farmers and the traditional production farmers is uneven and the overall level of agricultural technology is on the low side, while the overall production efficiency of the farmers in Xi'an is on the low side, and there is great room for improvement.The leading enterprise is the best organization form of the resource allocation ability under the current technology level, the pure technical efficiency enhancement way is different with the different management mode, the scale efficiency enhancement needs to promote the rural land circulation mechanism innovation,Develop agricultural moderate scale management, or increase agricultural production input dynamics.
