吉林省畜牧业机械化发展的对策研究

【摘要】：畜牧业是现代农业的重要组成部分,衡量一个国家和地区农业发展水平的重要标志之一,就是畜牧业产值在农业产值中的比重。吉林省是粮食大省,发展畜牧业有得天独厚的资源优势,并且正处在现代化建设阶段的畜牧业,已经成为促进吉林省农民增收的主导产业。提高畜牧业机械化水平,可以实现生产力到生产方式的变革,同时可以解放农村的劳动力,提高畜牧业的生产效率。本论文通过对吉林省畜牧业发展历程和机械化现状的了解,运用文献研究法,趋势分析法,比较分析法和实证考察法分析了吉林省畜牧业机械化发展的制约因素,通过借鉴发达国家畜牧业机械化发展的经验,提出相应的对策建议。在分析吉林省畜牧业机械化现状、建设影响因素,对比国内外畜牧业机化差异的基础上,提出适应吉林省畜牧业发展现状的机械化建设意见。存在的问题主要有:第一,畜牧业不同规模养殖场机械化率不平衡;第二,从事畜牧养殖人员的教育水平较低;第三,畜牧业信息化程度低;第四,现有的机械设备结构不合理,配套化程度低。为加快吉林省畜牧业现代化建设,应充分认识到要建设畜牧大省,必须把畜牧业产业化作为今后发展的主题,积极推进,使之稳定发展。以畜牧业的发展带动机械化的发展,以机械化的发展促进畜牧业的发展,进一步提高吉林省畜牧业机械化水平,使其能够更好的为全省的畜牧业的发展和经济建设服务。
[Abstract]:Animal husbandry is an important part of modern agriculture. One of the important indicators to measure the level of agricultural development in a country and region is the proportion of the output value of animal husbandry in the agricultural output value. Jilin province is a major province of grain, and the development of animal husbandry has a unique resource advantage, and the animal husbandry in the stage of modernization has become a promotion. Entering the leading industry of increasing farmers' income in Jilin Province, raising the level of mechanization of animal husbandry can realize the transformation of productivity to production mode, at the same time, it can emancipate the rural labor force and improve the production efficiency of the animal husbandry. Through the understanding of the development process and mechanization of the animal husbandry in Jilin Province, this paper uses the literature research method and trend analysis method. The restrictive factors of the development of mechanization of animal husbandry in Jilin province were analyzed by comparative analysis and empirical investigation. The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward by drawing on the experience of mechanization development of animal husbandry in developed countries. On the basis of analyzing the present situation of mechanization of animal husbandry in Jilin Province, the influence factors were built and the differences between domestic and foreign animal husbandry were compared. According to the mechanized construction opinion of the present situation of the development of animal husbandry in Jilin Province, the main problems are as follows: first, the mechanization rate of animal husbandry in different scale farms is unbalance; second, the education level of the animal husbandry personnel is low; third, the information degree of animal husbandry is low; fourth, the existing machinery and equipment structure is unreasonable, and the degree of matching is low. The modernization of animal husbandry in Jilin province should be fully realized that in order to build a large animal husbandry province, the industrialization of animal husbandry must be taken as the theme of future development, and the development of mechanization is driven by the development of animal husbandry, the development of mechanized development and the mechanization of animal husbandry in Jilin Province, and the mechanization of animal husbandry in the province. Level, so that it can better serve the development and economic construction of animal husbandry in the whole province.
