北京农村地区能源消费及影响因素分析

【摘要】：能源当中农村能源是非常重要的组成体系。农村能源消费方式的落后及能源结构的不合理不仅影响农村地区居民的居住环境,同时也对农村环境、经济、社会的和谐发展产生了制约。本论文对北京市13个区县214个村庄共1866户农村住户进行了大规模的入户调查。对北京市农村展开了大规模的入户调查;并与农户、相关部门人员进行了座谈。通过调查访谈及问卷数据分析,全面深入了解了对北京市农村能源应用现状及存在的问题。通过调查统计分析得出,能源价格、家庭收入、区位、建筑面积、人口数量对能源消费费用都是有影响的。目前北京市农村能源消费主要问题表现在：能源消费结构不合理；农户能源改造意愿强,但受经济因素制约大：农村新型能源用途单一,开发利用程度低；管理服务体系滞后;能源政策法规体系不健全。因此,未来要转变和优化能源利用结构：促进农村经济发展,拓宽资金渠道,建立合理能源价格体系；加大科研工作,合理开发新型能源；构建和完善服务体系：建立健全相关政策法规。
[Abstract]:Among the energy sources, rural energy is a very important system. The backwardness of rural energy consumption mode and unreasonable energy structure not only affect the living environment of rural residents, but also restrict the harmonious development of rural environment, economy and society. This paper investigates 1866 rural households in 214 villages in 13 districts and counties of Beijing. A large-scale household survey was carried out in the rural areas of Beijing, and a discussion was held with farmers and relevant departments. Through investigation and interview and questionnaire data analysis, this paper thoroughly and deeply understood the current situation and existing problems of rural energy application in Beijing. Through the investigation and statistical analysis, it is concluded that energy price, household income, location, building area and population amount all have influence on energy consumption cost. At present, the main problems of rural energy consumption in Beijing are as follows: unreasonable energy consumption structure; strong willingness to transform energy among farmers, but restricted by economic factors: single use of new energy in rural areas, low degree of development and utilization, lagging of management and service system; The system of energy policies and regulations is not perfect. Therefore, it is necessary to change and optimize the structure of energy utilization in the future: to promote the development of rural economy, to widen the financial channels, to establish a reasonable energy price system, to increase scientific research, and to develop new energy reasonably; Build and perfect service system: establish and perfect relevant policies and regulations.
