商城县特色野生蔬菜发展现状及建议

【摘要】：野生蔬菜是一种纯天然、无污染的绿色食品,近年来日趋受到人们的青睐,野生蔬菜的开发利用已成了21世纪蔬菜土特产中的热门。结合商城县实际情况,调查了该县野生蔬菜的发展概况、野生蔬菜资源种类及常见的具有特色的野生蔬菜资源分布状况,对商城县野生蔬菜开发利用现状、发展特色野生蔬菜的优势和存在的问题进行了分析,提出了一系列合理化开发利用建议。本文采用野外实地抽样调查法和文献研究法,结合商城县野生蔬菜资源分布实际,获得商城县野生蔬菜资源种类、基本特征资料和野生蔬菜资源分布状况。根据调查结果,为综合评价商城县野生蔬菜资源及发展特色野生蔬菜产业的优势及存在问题提供基础依据和合理化建议。通过调查分析,找出商城县发展特色野生蔬菜产业的优势:良好的生态环境、丰富的耕地资源、适宜的气候条件、丰富的水利资源、丰富多样的物产、便利的交通、政府的重视、良好的农业产业化基础。提出存在的以下几点问题:农民认识不高,误采、误食现象时有发生;缺乏系统调查,研究工作薄弱;不重视野菜资源保护;开发利用盲目、采收不均衡;加工技术落后,经济效益低。并提出合理化建议包括合理开发、保护野生蔬菜资源,研究野菜生长条件,进行无公害栽培,重视野生蔬菜抗逆性的利用,通过引种驯化和提纯复壮,选育新的优良品种,野菜加工要向深、全、精、细方面发展,建立商品生产基地,进行适宜规模和集约经营。
[Abstract]:Wild vegetable is a kind of pure natural and pollution-free green food. In recent years, the development and utilization of wild vegetables has become a hot spot in the local production of vegetables in the 21st century. Combined with the actual situation of Shangcheng County, the development of wild vegetables, the species of wild vegetables and the distribution of common wild vegetable resources were investigated, and the present situation of exploitation and utilization of wild vegetables in Shangcheng County was investigated. The advantages and problems of developing characteristic wild vegetables were analyzed, and a series of rational development and utilization suggestions were put forward. In this paper, the field sampling method and the literature research method were used to obtain the species, basic characteristics and distribution of wild vegetable resources in Shangcheng County, combined with the actual distribution of wild vegetable resources in Shangcheng County. Based on the results of the investigation, this paper provides basic basis and reasonable suggestions for comprehensive evaluation of wild vegetable resources and development of characteristic wild vegetable industry in Shangcheng County. Through investigation and analysis, we find out the advantages of developing characteristic wild vegetable industry in Shangcheng County: good ecological environment, rich cultivated land resources, suitable climate conditions, abundant water resources, rich variety of products, convenient transportation, The government pays attention to, good agricultural industrialization foundation. The following problems are put forward: the farmers' understanding is not high, the phenomenon of picking by mistake and the phenomenon of eating by mistake occur from time to time; the lack of systematic investigation and research work is weak; the protection of wild vegetable resources is not paid attention to; the exploitation and utilization are blind, the harvest is not balanced, and the processing technology is backward. The economic benefit is low. The reasonable suggestions include reasonable exploitation, protection of wild vegetable resources, study of the growth conditions of wild vegetables, cultivation of pollution-free, stress on the use of the resistance of wild vegetables, breeding of new fine varieties through introduction and domestication and purification and rejuvenation. The processing of wild vegetables should develop in deep, complete, fine and fine ways, establish commodity production base, and carry on appropriate scale and intensive management.
