【摘要】：中国共产党扶贫开发道路形成的时代背景是国际社会高度关注发展中国家减贫问题,理论基础是共同富裕思想,现实依据是农村贫困人口和贫困地区实际情况;中国共产党扶贫开发道路的内涵是依靠发展解决贫困问题、党委领导政府主导扶贫开发、坚持开发式扶贫、区域发展战略促进贫困地区发展、普惠政策与特惠政策相配套、扶贫开发与社会保障相衔接、社会力量参与扶贫开发、尊重贫困群众主体地位、争取国际社会对扶贫开发的援助;中国共产党扶贫开发道路取得的显著成效以及它所蕴含的价值导向、发展理念、减贫方略等得到了国际社会的广泛赞誉;中国共产党通过构建减贫交流合作平台同发展中国家共享减贫经验、向发展中国家提供减贫援助等途径对国际减贫事业做出了重大贡献。
[Abstract]:The background of the formation of the road of poverty alleviation and development of the Communist Party of China is that the international community pays close attention to the problem of poverty reduction in developing countries, the theoretical basis is the idea of common prosperity, and the realistic basis is the rural poor population and the actual situation in the poor areas. The connotation of the road of poverty alleviation and development of the Communist Party of China is to solve the poverty problem by relying on development, the Party committee leads the government to lead the development of poverty alleviation, adheres to the development-oriented poverty alleviation, the regional development strategy promotes the development of the poverty-stricken areas, and the inclusive policy is matched with the preferential policy. Poverty alleviation and development are linked with social security, social forces participate in poverty alleviation and development, respect the status of the poor masses as the main body, and strive for the assistance of the international community in poverty alleviation and development; The remarkable achievements of the road of poverty alleviation and development of the Communist Party of China and the value orientation, development concept and poverty reduction strategy of the CPC have been widely praised by the international community. The Communist Party of China has made great contributions to international poverty reduction through the establishment of a poverty reduction exchange and cooperation platform to share poverty reduction experiences with developing countries and to provide poverty reduction assistance to developing countries.
