【摘要】：自改革开放以来,中国经济快速稳定的增长,人民群众的生活水平也快速的提高,乡村旅游逐渐成为大众老百姓重要的休闲方式。近年来乐清市正在全市全面加速推进“五市六城”的建设速度,通过发展生态绿色经济助推全市经济转型升级,各地基层政府也积极响应号召,开始大力地开发符合各自地区的旅游发展模式,仙溪镇是乐清市生态乡镇之一,水清山秀,树立“把绿水青山变成金山银山”的想法,以“山城水乡美丽仙溪”为目标发展仙溪镇的乡村旅游。因此,如何充分发挥仙溪镇的自然资源,发展仙溪镇的乡村旅游发展成为了一项亟待解决的重大课题。本文从乡村旅游开发的意义和研究背景入手,在参考了大量国内外与乡村旅游发展有关的经验和启示等研究的基础上,明确了对乡村旅游开发的研究后,吸收国内外多个地方的乡村旅游开发经验,并进行实地走访、调研等方式了解仙溪镇辖区内的乡村旅游开发和游客的基本情况,对仙溪镇开发发展乡村旅游的优势、劣势、机遇、危险等应用SWOT分析法进行综合分析,并根据分析的结果对仙溪镇进一步发展乡村旅游提出相应的建议。本论文研究结果主要如下:1、仙溪镇旅游发展的内部优势:包括优越的自然环境和丰富的旅游资源;交通优势;地方政府重视建设与旅游开发。2、仙溪镇旅游发展的内部劣势:包括开发较晚,客源主要来自本地;旅游宣传还不到位;公共设施配套未完善;易受天气条件影响。3、仙溪镇旅游发展面临的外部机遇:包括乡村旅游大发展带来的机遇;政府重视乡村旅游开发带来的机遇;乡村旅游游客的体验需求越来越突出。4、仙溪镇旅游发展面临的外部威胁:包括同类旅游产品的竞争;其他类型旅游产品的竞争。5、对仙溪镇乡村旅游的游客情况调查分析,结果发现:仙溪镇乡村旅游目前的游客群体还是主要来自仙溪镇本地和乐清市其他镇街,乐清市以外的游客所在比例不高;仙溪镇乡村旅游目前游客主要的群体是来自各乡镇的及市区。此外了解了游客的职业构成、信息获取渠道、出行方式等;还采集了游客对公共设施、交通、信息沟通的建议等数据。6、针对存在的问题提出仙溪镇进一步开发乡村旅游的对策:包括争取政策加重扶持,如土地政策、财政政策;完善规划整合建设;打造特色强化宣传;加强合作协同开发
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's economy has been growing rapidly and steadily, and the people's living standards have also been raised rapidly. Rural tourism has gradually become an important leisure mode for the masses. In recent years, Yueqing has been speeding up the construction of "five cities and six cities" in an all-round way in the city, promoting the transformation and upgrading of the city's economy through the development of an ecological green economy, and local grass-roots governments have also responded positively to the call. Began to vigorously develop tourism development models that are in line with their respective regions. Xianxi Town is one of the ecological towns in Yueqing City. The idea of "turning green water and green mountains into Jinshan Silver Mountain" has been set up. Take "mountain city waterway beautiful Xianxi" as the goal to develop the rural tourism of Xianxi town. Therefore, how to give full play to the natural resources of Xianxi Town and develop the rural tourism of Xianxi Town has become an important subject to be solved. This paper begins with the significance and research background of rural tourism development, and on the basis of referring to a large number of domestic and foreign experiences and revelations related to the development of rural tourism, it clarifies the research on rural tourism development. To absorb the experience of rural tourism development in many places at home and abroad, and to conduct field visits, research and other methods to understand the basic situation of rural tourism development and tourists in Xianxi Town area, and the advantages and disadvantages of developing and developing rural tourism in Xianxi Town. Opportunity, danger and so on are analyzed by SWOT method, and some suggestions are put forward for further development of rural tourism in Xianxi Town according to the results of the analysis. The main results of this paper are as follows: 1, the internal advantages of the tourism development of Xianxi Town: including the superior natural environment and rich tourism resources, the advantages of transportation; Local governments attach importance to the construction and tourism development. 2. The internal disadvantages of the tourism development of Xianxi Town are: the late development, the main source of tourists from local, the lack of tourism publicity, the imperfect of public facilities; The external opportunities for the tourism development of Xianxi Town include the opportunities brought by the great development of rural tourism, the opportunities that the government attaches importance to the development of rural tourism, and the external opportunities that Xianxi Town faces with the influence of weather conditions. The external threats to the tourism development of Xianxi Town include the competition of the similar tourism products, the competition of other types of tourism products, and the investigation and analysis of the tourist situation of the rural tourism in Xianxi Town. The results show that the current tourist group of Xianxi Town is mainly from Xianxi Town and other town streets of Yueqing City, but the proportion of tourists outside Yueqing City is not high. Xianxi Town Rural Tourism at present the main group of tourists are from various towns and urban areas. In addition, we learned about the professional composition of tourists, the channels for obtaining information, the way they travel, and so on. They also collected tourists' views on public facilities and transportation. According to the suggestion of information communication, the author puts forward the countermeasures of further development of rural tourism in Xianxi Town, including striving for more policy support, such as land policy, fiscal policy, perfect planning and integration construction, building up special features and strengthening propaganda; Strengthening cooperative and collaborative development
