吉林公主岭国家农业科技园区发展评价研究

【摘要】：现代农业科技园区以设施工程为主体,属于一种新型的农业组织,该组织经营方式上实行产业化,生产方式上实行集约化。农业园区具有技术示范、转化及促进经济发展等多种功能。通常情况下,农业园区是按照核心区、示范区、辐射区方式布局,实现资金、技术及管理三方面的高度集约,使农业科技产业化发展具备优越的发展平台。在此基础上,本文以吉林公主岭国家农业科技园区为研究对象,分析其现在发展状况,对其发展进行评价,旨在为引导和带动周边农业及经济健康有序发展。本篇论文通过文献研究法、实地调研与访谈法及综合评价法三种研究方法。以吉林公主岭国家农业科技园区为研究对象,在对吉林公主岭国家农业科技园区发展现状进行分析的基础上,通过国家农业科技园区综合评价指标体系,利用层次分析法对吉林公主岭国家农业科技园区发展进行评价,得出结论并提出相应建议。通过研究可得到如下研究结论:当前公主岭国家农业科技园区发展已取得较好的成绩,即便现在所使用的综合评价指标体系对评价公主岭农业科技园区发展具有良好作用,但其依然具有欠缺,所以在选择综合评价体系时要考虑使用能够概括全局发展的评价指标。同时在使用综合评价指标体系时要遵循评价指标体系所具有的原则,必须同园区发展方向相同,应使指标体系具备系统、全面的特性。
[Abstract]:The modern agricultural science and technology park takes the facility engineering as the main body, belongs to one kind of new agriculture organization, this organization carries on the industrialization in the management way, implements the intensification in the production mode. Agricultural park has a variety of functions such as technology demonstration, transformation and economic development. Generally, the agricultural park is based on the core area, demonstration area, radiation area layout, the realization of funds, technology and management of three highly intensive, so that agricultural science and technology industrialization development has a superior development platform. On this basis, this article takes the Jilin Gongzhuling National Agricultural Science and Technology Park as the research object, analyzes its present development situation, carries on the appraisal to its development, in order to guide and drive the peripheral agriculture and the economy healthy and orderly development. This paper adopts three research methods: literature research, field investigation and interview, and comprehensive evaluation. Taking Jilin Gongzhuling National Agricultural Science and Technology Park as the research object, based on the analysis of the present situation of Jilin Gongzhuling National Agricultural Science and Technology Park, the comprehensive evaluation index system of the National Agricultural Science and Technology Park is adopted. This paper evaluates the development of Jilin Gongzhuling National Agricultural Science and Technology Park by AHP, draws a conclusion and puts forward some corresponding suggestions. Through the research, we can get the following conclusions: at present, the development of Gongzhuling National Agricultural Science and Technology Park has made good achievements, even though the comprehensive evaluation index system used now has a good effect on evaluating the development of Gongzhuling Agricultural Science and Technology Park. But it is still deficient, so we should consider using the evaluation index which can generalize the overall development in the selection of comprehensive evaluation system. At the same time, when using the comprehensive evaluation index system, the principles of the evaluation index system should be followed, and the development direction of the evaluation index system must be the same as that of the park, and the index system should have systematic and comprehensive characteristics.
