乡村空洞化对乡村贫富演变的影响

【摘要】：在城市化的大潮之下,农村人口大量向城市流动,并带走资金、资产等财富,使乡村出现了人口和财富不断流出,常住人口稀少和财富被掏空的空洞化现象。其对于乡村发展、乡村内贫富差距及城乡关系均具有深刻影响,但具体影响从户籍、实际从业形态等不同角度考察,会有截然不同的结论,十分复杂。对这些复杂影响,需因势利导,促成农村土地的规模化经营、城乡差距的消失和乡村内贫富差距的缩小。
[Abstract]:Under the tide of urbanization, the rural population flows to the city in large quantities, and takes away the wealth such as funds, assets, etc., which makes the population and wealth flow out constantly, the resident population is scarce and the wealth is emptied. It has a profound influence on the rural development, the gap between the rich and the poor, and the relationship between urban and rural areas, but the specific influence can be viewed from different angles, such as household registration, actual employment form and so on, and there will be quite different conclusions, which are very complex. To these complex influence, need to guide according to the situation, promote the scale management of the rural land, the gap between urban and rural areas disappear and the gap between the rich and the poor in the countryside narrows.
