【摘要】：农业是国民经济之根本,对于大力发展农业也是现今我国经济发展的需要及未来发展趋势。自从1978年农村确立了家庭联产承包责任制,农村经济整体上有了进一步的发展,但随着社会主义市场经济体制确立,中国也随之进入WTO之后,竞争压力日趋扩大,小生产与大市场的矛盾日趋加剧。而农民专业合作社的发展对于巩固农业其基础地位,有效提高农村组织化的程度,大力发展其农村经济,提高农村生产力,增加农民的收入,加强农产品国际的竞争力有着重大的推动作用。近年来,农民专业合作社虽发展迅速,但数量上的提升并不能代表发展上有质的突破。农民专业合作社在如今还依旧存在着许多问题有待我们的解决。本文立足于安图县,分析了安图县农民专业合作社的发展现状,从而对反映出的安图县农民专业合作社存在的问题进行具体的剖析,同时借鉴国外的农民专业合作社发展的成功经验,对安图县发展农民专业合作社提出相应的对策。·进而帮助安图县农民专业合作社探索出一条适合本村发展的合作社道路。本文绪论的部分分别介绍了研究背景、目的及意义、国内外农民专业合作社研究综述。第二部分是对概念的界定及本论文理论支撑的阐述。文章主要重点阐述内容为第三部分,通过文献查阅及实地调查,对延边州及安图县农民专业合作社的现状进行了分析。通过第三部分的阐述,随后便有了对第四、五、六部分进行展开阐述、安图县农民专业合作社存在问题,国外农民专业合作社的成功经验,及该如何发展安图县农民专业合作社。以便安图县农民专业合作社朝着健康有序的方式发展。最后对全文进行总结。
[Abstract]:Agriculture is the foundation of national economy. Since the establishment of the household contract responsibility system in rural areas in 1978, the rural economy as a whole has further developed. However, with the establishment of the socialist market economy system, China has also entered the WTO, and the competitive pressure has been increasing day by day. The contradiction between small production and large market is becoming more and more serious. The development of farmers' specialized cooperatives can strengthen the basic position of agriculture, effectively improve the degree of rural organization, vigorously develop its rural economy, improve rural productivity, and increase farmers' income. Strengthening the international competitiveness of agricultural products has a major role in promoting. In recent years, farmers' professional cooperatives have developed rapidly, but the increase in quantity does not represent a qualitative breakthrough in development. There are still many problems to be solved in farmers' professional cooperatives. Based on Antu County, this paper analyzes the present situation of farmers' professional cooperatives in Antu County, and then analyzes the problems of farmers' specialized cooperatives in Antu County. At the same time, using the successful experience of foreign farmers' specialized cooperatives for reference, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for the development of farmers' specialized cooperatives in Antu County, and then helps them to explore a cooperative road suitable for the development of their own villages. The introduction of this paper introduces the background, purpose and significance of the research, as well as a summary of the research on farmers' professional cooperatives at home and abroad. The second part is the definition of the concept and the theoretical support of this paper. The article focuses on the third part. Through literature reference and field investigation, this paper analyzes the present situation of farmers' professional cooperatives in Yanbian and Antu counties. Through the elaboration of the third part, the fourth, fifth and sixth parts were then elaborated. The problems existed in the specialized cooperative of farmers in Antu County, and the successful experience of the professional cooperative of farmers in foreign countries. And how to develop Antu County farmers professional cooperatives. In order to Antu County farmers professional cooperatives towards a healthy and orderly way to develop.
