体制重塑与多方互动:以统购统销制度解体为中心的考察

【摘要】：作为一种完整制度形态的统购统销制度,其解体过程大致经历了政策松动、双轨并行、新制衍生的"三部曲"。在这一过程中,充斥着体制重塑与多方互动的色彩。在多层面的互动进程中,国家为推动性因素,市场发挥了连接性作用,农民为最终执行者。在经历了复杂而漫长的解体过程后,统购统销制度最终消亡,并衍生出了新的农村商品流通制度。
[Abstract]:As a complete system form, the process of its disintegration has experienced the loosening of policy, the parallel of two tracks and the "trilogy" derived from the new system. In this process, it is full of the color of system remodeling and multi-party interaction. In the process of multi-level interaction, the state plays a connecting role for the driving factor, and the farmer is the final executor. After a complicated and long process of disintegration, the system of monopoly purchase and sale finally died out, and a new system of rural commodity circulation was derived.
