习近平地方从政时期脱贫致富的理论方法——以正定和宁德时期为例

【摘要】：习近平在正定和宁德从政时期,提出了一系列脱贫致富的新思路。他提出要观念脱贫、"扶贫先扶志"、增强地方的"造血功能"等思想及发挥比较优势、合理布局产业结构、发展商品经济、大力引进人才等具体实践方法使当地扶贫脱贫工作取得明显实效。习近平的脱贫致富思想在当前依然具有重要教育借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Xi Jinping in Zhengding and Ningde political period, put forward a series of new ideas to get rid of poverty. He put forward the idea of getting rid of poverty, "helping the poor first," strengthening the local "hematopoietic function," and giving play to comparative advantages, rationally distributing the industrial structure, and developing the commodity economy. Efforts to introduce talents and other specific practical methods to make the local poverty alleviation and poverty relief work achieved obvious results. Xi Jinping's idea of getting rid of poverty and becoming rich still has important educational significance at present.
