农村迁移劳动力就业满意度影响因素研究

【摘要】:本文利用课题组2015年的调查数据,使用ologit模型对农村迁移劳动力就业满意度影响因素进行分析。结果表明,企业对迁移劳动力的劳动保护、工资拖欠、迁移劳动力在迁出地的土地拥有情况、在城市的定居意愿以及身份认同等因素显著影响迁移劳动力就业满意度,而且分性别的结果分析显示劳动保护和工资拖欠等因素也通过检验。一方面,迁移劳动力在城市劳动权益保障仍然是影响其就业和生活质量的主要因素;另一方面,城市的融入问题以及在迁出地的原有经济水平也直接影响迁移劳动力对自身工作和社会地位的评价。
[Abstract]:Based on the survey data of our research group in 2015, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of employment satisfaction of rural migrant labor force by using ologit model. The results show that the labor protection, wage arrears, the land ownership of the migrant labor force, the willingness to settle in the city and the identity of the migrant labor significantly affect the employment satisfaction of the migrant labor force. And gender-specific results show that labor protection and wage arrears and other factors have passed the test. On the one hand, the protection of migrant labor rights and interests in urban areas remains the main factor affecting their employment and quality of life; on the other hand, The problem of urban integration and the original economic level in the relocation also directly affect the evaluation of the work and social status of the migrant labor force.
