交易费用、组织成本与工商资本进入农业的组织形式选择

【摘要】：基于广东、云南和湖北的企业问卷调查数据,利用Ordered Logit Model分析交易费用和组织成本对工商资本组织形式选择的影响。从衡量交易费用的三个维度来看,资产专用性投资越大,工商资本越倾向于选择"公司农场"组织形式;公司和农户之间多次重复博弈,投资人的社会资本有利于促进两者的交易,同时降低不同组织形式的交易费用;不确定性对工商资本组织形式选择的影响不显著。从组织成本来看,工商资本投资农业的规模效应递增,未显著增加组织成本;生产高质量农产品受技术制约,然而技术进步带来的效应大于提高监督水平导致的组织成本增幅,由此工商资本倾向于选择"公司农场"组织形式。此外,外部环境也影响工商资本的组织形式选择。
[Abstract]:Based on the survey data of enterprises in Guangdong, Yunnan and Hubei, this paper analyzes the influence of transaction cost and organization cost on the choice of organization form of industrial and commercial capital by using Ordered Logit Model. From the three dimensions of measuring transaction costs, the larger the investment of asset specificity, the more inclined the industrial and commercial capital to choose the organizational form of "company farm", and the repeated game between the company and the farmer. The social capital of investors can promote the transaction of both and reduce the transaction cost of different forms of organization, but uncertainty has no significant effect on the choice of organization form of industrial and commercial capital. From the point of view of organization cost, the scale effect of industrial and commercial capital investment in agriculture is increasing, but no significant increase in organization cost; the production of high-quality agricultural products is restricted by technology, but the effect of technological progress is greater than the increase of organization cost caused by improving supervision level. As a result, industrial and commercial capital tends to choose the "corporate farm" organizational form. In addition, the external environment also affects the choice of organization form of industrial and commercial capital.
