【摘要】：绒山羊是畜牧业的重要品种,其珍贵优质的特性是大多数品种无法比拟的,一直以“中华国宝”著称。绒山羊的发展历史悠久,在我国各地区都有各自的特色绒山羊品种。辽宁省鞍山市岫岩县绒山羊多年以来一直以独特的、优良的品种特性闻名全国,其市场前景非常广阔,大力发展绒山羊产业可以有效的调整农村的产业结构,提升当地的经济水准,增加农民的收入,提高人民的生活水平,为扩展农民发家致富,实现小康社会奠定了基础。现在岫岩县绒山羊的发展成为了本地区的支柱型产业,大大的提高了本地区的经济实力。但在现阶段绒山羊产业的发展存在着很多制约其持续发展的问题,如:良种的市场监管不利,良种改良技术的不稳定,牧户养殖管理水平低下,政策扶持力度不强,技术不规范,质量标准化不合格,缺乏资金的支持等等,本文通过实地走访,调研对岫岩县绒山羊进行深入了解,分析,对待产业存在的问题,依托当地的产业基础和资源优势,结合市场前景和国内外发展经验,提出有利于岫岩县绒山羊产业发展、增强经济实力的切实可行的对策和建议,如:严格控制良种的流通、加强技术和专业型人才的引进,扩大资金的流入,将散户联合建立绒山羊产业群,加大加工业的发展,提升市场占有率,树立强硬的品牌优势,为鞍山市岫岩县绒山羊产业的健康可持续发展提供科学依据。
[Abstract]:Cashmere goat is an important breed in animal husbandry. The development of cashmere goat has a long history and has its own characteristic cashmere goat breeds in every area of our country. The cashmere goats in Xiuyan County, Anshan City, Liaoning Province, have been famous all over the country for many years for their unique and excellent variety characteristics, and their market prospects are very broad. Vigorously developing the cashmere goat industry can effectively adjust the industrial structure of the rural areas. Raising the local economic standard, increasing the peasants' income and raising the people's living standard have laid the foundation for the expansion of peasants' prosperity and the realization of a well-off society. Now Xiuyan County cashmere goat development has become the pillar industry, greatly improved the economic strength of the region. However, at the present stage, there are many problems that restrict the sustainable development of cashmere goat industry, such as the unfavorable market supervision of improved varieties, the instability of improved technology, the low management level of herdsmen, and the weak policy support. Technology is not standardized, quality standardization is not up to standard, lack of financial support, etc., this article through field visits, research on Xiuyan Cashmere Goat in-depth understanding, analysis, treatment of industry problems, Based on the local industry foundation and resource advantages, combining the market prospect and domestic and foreign development experience, the paper puts forward some feasible countermeasures and suggestions that are beneficial to the development of Xiuyan Cashmere Goat industry and enhance the economic strength, such as strictly controlling the circulation of improved varieties. To strengthen the introduction of technical and professional talents, to expand the inflow of funds, to jointly establish a cashmere goat industrial cluster among retail investors, to increase the development of processing industry, to enhance market share, and to establish a strong brand advantage. To provide scientific basis for healthy and sustainable development of cashmere goat industry in Xiuyan County, Anshan City.
